Modern updated cozy mountain home located in pinetop country club.

Beautiful modern cozy mountain house located in Pinetop Country Club. This 1800 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath house can sleep 6-8 people and is located on a half acre lot. Master bedroom has a King size bed and walk in closet. Guest bedroom has a King size bed, and a third bedroom has full size bunk beds with a twin size pull out trundle plus a small sofa. 4 new flat screen tvs in living room, Master, guest room and kids room all with streaming capability. Work desk in kids room with high speed internet in whole house. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, etc. Grill on the outdoor patio. Everything in this house has been updated, new flooring in whole house added in 2023.
Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the white mountains while relaxing in a hammock in the large fenced in backyard. There is also a swing and ropes course for kiddos in the backyard. This property is walking distance to a beautiful lake where you can fish and feed the local ducks. It's a quick 5 minute drive to horse stables where you can book a trail ride and minutes to Pinetop Lakes Golf Course amongst others in the area. Only a ten minute drive into town where there are plenty of places to eat and shops to check out. Only a 30 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort.

Having an excellent visit once before, once again we were not disappointed. The VRBO met all our expectations. Brandon was great and easy to work with provided all we needed to once again make this a great visit. No doubt will try to once again use this VRBO next year.

This home is tucked in the pines in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the Pinetop Lakeside Country Club public golf course.The kitchen is well stocked with spices, cooking oil, and various condiments. Coffee makers has drip and k-cups.

Home was clean, prepared, and ready the moment we walked in! Quiet & comfortable. The home has been updated well & the living room was open to the kitchen, which is important to us so we can enjoy everyone's company. The bedrooms were large & the beds were comfy. There was cold water in the fridge and coffee for the mornings. Charming place that we will be glad to book again! The owner Brandon was very responsive to any question that arose. Wonderful place nestled in a master planned golf resort community with the feel of being in a large forest.

Nice place. Terrific location. I found the front and rear steps very difficult to navigate. The front walkway was just like the steps. The steps look real pretty, but appeared to be dangerous when going up and down because of the stone sticking out of them. That being said we’re seniors. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Beyond Expectations

All our needs for a great visit met. The area & the rental were perfect for our get away. Left nothing to be desired. Fully expect to be coming back & to once again enjoy all that this unit has to offer. Age being the draw back we could not fully utilize the backyard. It's perfect for kids to enjoy, be entertained & to make the most of the outdoors! We so highly recommend!!

Relax and Recharge

We did a girls trip to relax and recharge. This was the PERFECT place to do that. The communication with the owners was amazing. The house was SO clean and inviting. It would be perfect for families as well. The porch was so nice to just sit and have a drink and recharge. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe and secure. It was such a nice break and we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

All I can say is wow!!!

What a great cozy cabin to enjoy with family and/or friends to beat the heat or enjoy the mountain snow. The cabin was decorated modern and had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. The backyard is very private, and quiet. It was perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful pines. Great location in pinetop country club and very clean. We definitely recommend staying for a few days so you can take in everything the white mountains have to offer. You are also close to many hiking trails, Sunrise Ski Resort, and all of Pinetop’s great food, and drinking spots!! We will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the enclosed patio was lovely. The bed was a bit soft for me, but that is very subjective. The grill worked well and we enjoyed a delicious steak. The kitchen has all you need to break open a bottle of wine with your meal. My only piece of advice is to download your map before entering the country club as you may not get signal all the way to the property. Additionally, the mailbox number is for the house across the street. Look for the number on the house to confirm you are at the right place. I would stay here again and recommend it for a weekend get away or family vacation.
