Fully equipped beautiful modern new house designed by a firm of architects of Boston (PRAUD), know in architectural magazines as 'Casa Periscopio' due to its peculiar design,with 4 rooms furnished with 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 8 twin beds and a room for service personnel with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful living room integrated with a swimming pool and BBQ, located in a safe compound of beach houses in Villas Oceanicas, Costa del Sol in El Salvador, where you can enjoy the beach, the park, trees, birds and sun and where you feel like a king with luxury furniture.

Cable TV and 50 Gbs wifi provided.
Breakfast is optional at an extra charge of $10/ person
Pick up from and to airport can be arranged.
You can find fine restaurants (La Pampa, Acajutla, Beto's El Lomo y la Aguja) and local restaurants shops within 2 Kms. A supermarket is on the way.

Trips to 'Jaltepeque estero' can be found in the neighborhood or if you prefer we can arrange them for you. In this trip you can observe the nature on all its splendor, different species of birds, sea life and vegetation.

Great place for the price within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in El Salvador. We had tons of fun in the pool and there were lots of areas to sit and lounge around. The host provided drinkable water and Luis who was the caretaker was really great making sure we had enough towels and toilet paper, etc.

Excellent location. The house was clean and comfortable but it is in need of some essential repairs. Most of the doors are loose and do not lock easily. The refrigerator is too small and the stove fan was not working. The indoor plumbing is rudimentary and the water was repeatedly shut off during the day. It is also a little noisy. There are bus drivers that enjoy blowing the horn as they drive past the house.

Beautiful modern beach house.

I can’t thank enough to Mr.Rafael for letting us rent this beautiful beach house, he understood my family needs, everyone enjoy it big and small. This is a beautiful property. Beautifully constructed. Gated yard for your car. Beware of the swarms of mosquitoes, but this is a wonderful place for a family to stay. Of course we encountered a few of the bigger ants but that is to be expected. Close walk to the beautiful beach.

Great vacation

Evrything was geeat with the exception of the kitchen maybe that is why the pictures online are limited to the kitchen. Kitchen needs repairs especially the stove. It would take two hours to cook something that would notmally take 15 minutes. Everything was great like I said with the exception of the kutchen.

Having no communication is not good. Caretaker never stop by to ask if we need any thing.

The place was outstanding! Clean and great location to go to Isla Tasajera!

I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because of the so many mosquitoes which don’t let you enjoy the pool. Also, I think it would be great if it had an air conditioning unit in the living room which is where you spend most of your time! Extremely hot in the kitchen and living room!

Amazing!!!

We rented the house to celebrate my grandmother's 94 birthday. We had plenty space for many of my relatives to stay with us, and others to visit. Everything was very clean and Silvia does a wonderful job of helping to get anything you need. We for sure would do this again at the same please. It was so secure and wonderfully maintained. Highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a great time in the beach and be able to have friends and relatives over.

It was amazing and memorable!!

The house was beautiful and spacious!! We had a local restaurant cater our meals that they delivered that saved us lots of time.. time we used to relax with our family!! We had a little issue with the Wi-Fi but since it kept myself and kids off our electronic devices we were able to spend more time as a family!! We were visiting from Saint George, Utah and even though I was born in El Salvador.. I have lived my whole life in dry southern Utah and the humid climate of El Salvador was a little rough for myself, husband and kids so having AC at night was bliss!!

I always dreamed with a house in the beach. After I got retired, my dream came true. I built this house using one of the most prestigious firm of architects of Boston in the best beach of El Salvador. Now I spend a lot of time on it and share with people that have the same taste for comfort while enjoying the sun of the tropic

What makes this property unique

Unique architecture, fully equipped, totally designed for comfort and pleasure, with swimming pool with waterfall, totally integrated with people sitting in the living room or tanning area as well BBQ area.

Ideal for walking in the morning with the singing of birds, taking a good morning bath, enjoying a delicious breakfast, going to nearby restaurants for lunch, taking a tour to the 'estero' (bay) of Jaltepeque to enjoy natural sceneries and a variety of birds and fishes in the afternoon or if you prefer to prepare a BBQ with the family at home to have a pleasant dinner and drinks by the pool at the evening to finally relax watching cable TV or playing darts at family living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, LPG kitchen, microwave, blender, dishes, glasses and everything that you need to eat at home if you like.
