Welcome to our charming beach ranch! The perfect destination for your next group or family holiday.

La Finquita is located in the private Villa Oceánica complex, which features security and direct access to the beach (3-minute walk)

Rancho Features:

It has 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, AC unit, and closet.

The outdoor area features a beautiful kitchen, a barbecue grill, 1 outdoor shower, 1 full bathroom, and 2 private pools—one for children and the other for adults.

Parking for 4 vehicles

Green spaces with a variety of fruit trees in our private yard.

Accommodation:
The price remains the same for up to 10 guests
Each additional guest incurs an extra charge of $20

- Pets are not allowed (sorry, no exceptions, out of consideration for our guests with allergies).
- We recommend that our guests keep their food covered and stored away; we also recommend disposing of trash in the designated areas to avoid attracting local animals (cats, dogs, etc. Our guests will be comfortable and safe; please follow our suggestions).

Vacation Perfect

Place is lovely and not so far from beach, just a nice walk. Mango trees in the property n very helpfull people around. I had a stove issue but he resolved right away.

Why they chose this property

Costa Del Sol is one of the most beautiful Beaches in El Salvador, with a breathtaking Sunsets, warm waters to swim and to do water sports, it is very close to the Estero de Jaltepeque, were you can do boat rides and, since this condominiums are gated, it makes it more secure, you can be out and about at all times without worrying for the security. It is also very convenient since it is only 40 minutes from the International Airport.

What makes this property unique

Even thought this community are called Condominiums, the houses are different one to the other, Our house is called La Finquita (the Little Ranch) because it has many Coconut trees, that bring natural shade, freshness and a very relaxing views, ideal to relax and disconnect from the everyday stress and enjoy the activities, also, we have Mango, Lemmon and Maranon trees, every morning the sound of the birds makes you feel right in Paradise.
