Very clean and spacious place for a small group in East London. Conveniently located near the Whitechapel underground - within minutes you’re in the heart of London. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for an affordable stay in London.
Tried reaching out to host multiple times. No response. Left us in a bind with no place to stay. Vrbo customer service was great in refunding our money.
Booked 7 months in advance. Host never once reached out or answered any of my messages or phone calls. It took until 1 day prior to my arrival for the host to reach out and inform me that he was unable to host me and that I would be required to find new accommodation. I was left in a complete bind with no where to stay upon arriving in London. Unacceptable.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The appartment was good and close to the next tube station. There was a washing machine, which was very convenient. However, two things were suboptimal: 1. Several towels were still drying on racks when we arrived and as the racks were too small, they hung in multiple layers which made the drying process very slow. Hence, nearly all towels smelled badly although they were freshly washed.2. Information policy was desaster: we received an email of fewo direkt that we would get the adress and further details 3 days before check-in. This never happened. We phoned several times with the corresponding agency in London (telephone number was hard to find among the information fewo direct gave us) that reassured us, that our booking was OK but would not give us details either. They said, that they hat written an email 5 days before check-in that we had to respond to. But this wasn't the case. We phoned fewo direkt and received an email saying, everything would be OK and we would get an email fron the landlord, but no details about the appartment. The very day before our arrival, at 11:59 p.m., we finally received the adress and check-in details. It was nerve-wrecking and spoiled the beginning of our holiday. All the more, as we read really bad comments from other people who reported that their stay was cancelled the day they arrived.
Fue todo excelebte., antes de arribar ya nos envio indicaciones para el ingreso. El alojamiento muy confortable, contaba con todas las comodidades, y hermosa decoracion. .Todo mas q bien.. gracias...
