Lovely home close to ND

Our family and friends (group of 8) enjoyed staying at this clean, well-equipped home near Notre Dame campus! Communication was fantastic and the property manager was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. It's an older home and the showers could use an upgrade, but the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

This property is well laid out for a larger group giving everyone plenty of space and comfort. The house was clean, well equipt, and Wendy the host was so friendly and accommodating. Also has a close by (1/2) mile walk to shuttle for football games. Would love to stay again with my family!

Superb Accomodation

This rental is spacious and set up perfectly with all amenities to accommodate two families. It is larger than it looks from the street. The screened porch and yard are very peaceful and calming especially when the wind blows through the tall oaks. Thank you! (P.S. My wife used to live next door and knew the family that built the house so it was also nostalgic for her and her sister)

This house truly felt like a home from the moment we walked in. We were visiting for a Notre Dame game, and it is only a mile away from White Field (pay to park) where you can catch a free shuttle to the ND Library. This is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. We like to cook (especially breakfast) and it had everything we needed. Lots of kitchen towels and bathroom towels. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood too. The screened-in patio was so comfortable and we enjoyed it in the morning with coffee. The only complaint was not having more time there! We will return for sure. Thank you, Mike and Wendy, for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

One of the nicest!

This house was sooooo neat. It was clean, communications were great, and it was in the nicest little neighborhood. We had researched Southbend, and the internet doesn't give it a good rep. We were hesitant about where we would book, and this did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. So safe that I ran the neighborhood several mornings. Neighbors were really nice too! It also had everything I needed in the kitchen to be able to prepare breakfast, and prep meals for our day. They obviously had a designer select the decor b/c it was PERFECT for the age of the house. I felt like I was in my Brady Bunch era! haha. Book it! don't wait. When we come back, this will be our "go to".
