The house is conveniently near rentals ,restaurants ,stores (Walgreens,Econo supermarket,& more ),and just a 5 minute walk to politas beach .located in a quiet neighborhood,it has an ideal atmosphere for rest & relaxation or the option of nearby nightlife /beach bars/ live music on the weekends for your enjoyment.

The space
The private property is a two -level home with 1 twin and 1 full bed on the lower level,1 bath,common space ,and a kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances for your stay.The second level consist of 1 queen bed with a cozy ambiance and access to a private outdoor deck,perfect to enjoy your cup of coffe along with the sunrise .each bedroom is fully equipped with air conditioning units and ,we do offer Roku tv with apps like Netflix ,prime,Hulu,and more! The back yard has a beautiful and ample space for you to relax or enjoy a secluded little oasis with a private pool for your use .secure and convenient parking is available for your vehicle.Boat owners have access to ramps nearby .please note that after each stay ,our house is cleaned thoroughly using a desinfectant on every surface and handled to ensure cleanliness and your safety.suitable for a romantic getaway,a place of retreat,or a vacation with family and / or friends ,VIlla Atico has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one.

Sisters Adventure

The property was very clean and in a very safe friendly neighborhood. The restaurants were wonderful.! We enjoyed our stay and had fun exploring the area. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any problems or questions.

Lovely place and very clean. We didn’t use the pool but did use the outdoor deck and patio. Stairs to main upstairs room could be challenging for some. Because of main bedroom dormers my hubby who is 6’1” spent most of time on main level. Overall would stay again.

Cozy Beach Home

Absolutely wonderful little beach home on Calle C in Salinas. Approx. 300 feet from the beach and very close to lots of shore side restaurants. Mr. Juan the property owner was very communicative with any questions I had and helpful enough to send food and tourism recommendations throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay at this rental again.

Cutest house on the block!!

We Loved our stay!! The place is perfect and so beautiful. The back yard really is an oasis. The pool was perfect. The swings at the table are so cute! Lots of places to eat in walkable distance. We enjoyed the entire island this stay and were happy to have such a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again!! Juan is a great host. He told me where everything was and was extremely responsive when I messaged him. 5 stars all the way!!

Lovely Salinas

Never having been to Puerto Rico before we did not know where to stay or what to expect. Salinas turned out to be a great spot to stay because of its south central location. As for the house, it was perfect. It had everything we needed (love the pool and the hammock!) and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is even a great sports bar around the corner and down the street that is a big local hangout with really good food. Juan was great. Very responsive. Highly recommend!
