Awesome vacation with my family in the El Legado

The place was clean, beautiful and have everything you need. Is beautiful inside and out, gorgeous golf grounds, ocean views and mountains. The place also have a restaurant that selves really tasty food and really good drinks. My family and I had a great vacation.

This apartment villa was perfect for our needs. Wifi allowed my wife to work and amenities kept the kids entertained. Easy access to freeway was a huge plus..

Holiday stay

Loved all the little extras like sunscreen, beach towels and lawn chairs. There was an unfriendly dog hanging out at doorway but didn’t make any contact. Lots of people using the play area but within apartment no noise. Also upper balcony level was a nice surprise. A little confusion with getting combination to work, took several phone calls to sort out.

Oasis in Guayama!

Everything was perfect except for the hot water situation. I will however blame myself as I never reached out to the owners to tell them I had trouble. I thought I could figure it out. Outside of that the rooftop terrace was amazing and we used it often. The unit had everything we needed as was very clean and very comfortable. The security at the gate was perfect as we were down there for a wedding close to family members and we were in need of some privacy. We loved and enjoyed the pool. I can't say enough about this place except I wish we were able to stay longer. Thank you Melba!

Beautiful property, excellent host, great location, spacious and clean!

I had the most relaxing and comfortable stay here. The location worked for me since I was visiting family who were 5 mins away. Driving in from San Juan was about 45-60 mins. The golf resort is located off the exit which I loved. The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. the view from the deck amazing . Perfect for a small family. I couldn’t have asked for more. Melba was attentive when I needed. She was very welcoming which I appreciated. I felt like I was at home. Pool is close to the apartment another plus. Its was usually pretty quiet day and night. I would recommend this to everyone and would definitely stay again !

The gated community is well kept and secure. The property itself had all the vacation needs such a beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. My local family visited and we enjoyed the grill and pool area. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, the entire community is beautiful. The pool area was spectacular.

Overall, the experience was delightful. The only exception was the kitchen faucet low stream of water. I try to increase the water flow by opening the water valve to max but nothing happened. When i opened the other valve it began to leak water so i shut it off. Other than that everything else was fantastic. My family whom visit us loved the place and even mention buying a unit there. Thank you for everything. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend this home for a family of 4 to 6 . This place is beautifully decorated and spacious and clean . Loved it I will definitely be back. Renters were very nice and quick to respond with any questions !

Fabulous

This Condo was everything we could ask for. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked great! Why they chose this property

We have had this villa as our family vacation home since 2005. Over the years our family has collected fond memories of the community, developed friendships and enjoyed peaceful getaways. We have watched it grow into a true paradise in the Caribbean. We welcome you to enjoy our place!

Location: Easily accessible from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, about a 50-minute drive via HWY 52 and from Mercedita Airport (PSE) in Ponce, about a 30- minute drive via HWY 52. The nearby city of Guayama (just 10-minute drive) provides all the services.The city of Caguas is a 30-minute drive, and has Costco, Sam's Club, popular restaurants and shopping malls.

Golf Course: El Legado golf course was designed by Hall of Fame golfer Chi Chi Rodriguez in 2002. Green fees are reasonable for a well-maintained golf course; price includes a round of golf with cart. It is an excellent place for a golf getaway year-round at one of the sunniest spots in the Caribbean.

What makes this property unique

El Legado Golf Resort is an exclusive golf community in the south of Puerto Rico, primarily a second home community, about 200 villas with a few permanent residents. It is secure, peaceful, well-designed and maintained, with friendly neighbors.

Activities: Puerto Rico is relatively a large island with wide verity of activities for all ages. El Legado Golf Resort is an excellent transit location for major attractions (30-70 minute drive) such as El Yunque Rainforest, Ponce Art Museum, shopping malls, dining and nightlife in San Juan, world heritage sites of Spanish forts El Morro and San Cristobal, and the natural wonder of bioluminescent at Mosquito Bay in Vieques. Sandy palm-lined beaches and local communities of south, east and central Puerto Rico are easily accessible (30-40 minute drive). Nearby Pozuelo area (10-minute drive) is a local favorite for ecotourism, boating and stand-up paddle boarding.
