About this property

Ready for 2026! 5 STARS! Close to beach, parks, shopping, dining & more!

Lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable home with private yard, about a 5 minute walk to 7 mile beach.( about 2 blocks from beach). One block from Amtrak, Pier, Restaurants, Shopping, Park, Children's Playground, Tennis and Basketball courts, great restaurants and shopping. Fenced lawn area, lovely perennial gardens, and outdoor spa tub and firepit creates a relaxing and private back yard oasis. Beautiful 7 mile beach. Come relax and unwind. This is your home away from home.

As you can see, my wonderful renters have left me some great reviews.
But, to make sure we are on the same page, please note:

Please be aware I do not rent to smokers.

If you are coming to use my place as a party house, this is the wrong property for you.

No children under 15 allowed in spa without parent.
Renter to do a few minutes of spa maintenance daily.

Fire in firepit must be attended by an adult over 21 at all times and extinguished before 10:30 PM.

Guests are limited to those accepted in the initial reservation only. No other guests or visitors allowed. Reserving party must be present at check in.

My home will be immaculate when you arrive. It is expected that renters will clean up after themselves. (wipe up crumbs, vacuum as needed)
No spa use, firepit or noise after 10:00 PM. (town noise ordinance) Children under 14 not allowed in spa. Previous renters were disrespectful. Sorry.

We had a great week celebrating a cousins weekend. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the house was very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of the pier and only about a ten minute walk to the beaches.

Judy was an amazing host. She answered questions promptly and had great communication. Her property was lovely! It was immaculate, had all necessities onsite, and was very close to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!

The host was kind and welcoming. Met at the home and was shown the amenities. It was a comfortable space for a family unit. Plenty of space to move around. It is a quiet street and my family and I felt safe there with the children. There were toys for the children and beach needs provided. There were even a couple of bikes. I would Absolutely recommend this place for a stay.

Fun Family Trip

My family and I enjoyed staying in this house in Old Orchard Beach. The house was lovely, and it’s within walking distance to the pier, beach, and even Amtrak! Our family enjoyed it, and Judy was a great hostess.

Welcoming home with lovely beach decor. Easy walking distance to beach, pier and amusement park. Owner is very gracious and hospitable. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely go back.

Nice house within easy walk to Old Orchard Beach. Beautiful garden in back with a lovely yard for sitting out in the evening. The hot tub is a big plus!

Incredibly home away from home by the beach

Judy is a wonderful host! Communication was wonderful throughout the booking process and the stay. She met us at the property the first day to show us around and give some ideas of things to do during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful.

Perfect Vacation!

Judy, the property owner, was so accomodating in providing an easy checkin process, a comfortable home, and a relaxing yard. She really helped us make the most out of our vacation. The property is perfectly located to enjoy the beach and other surrounding activities. We cant wait to do it all again!

Nice time at the beach

Had a great time in Old Orchard. Quick walk to town, stores, pier and beach. several nights had live music at the pier and/ or local parks. House worked well with our family and indoor and outdoor spaces were good for us. Kids also used the hot tub which was nice.

It was a perfect getaway location and house. The house was very clean and stalked with everything we would ever need. Hot Tub was amazing. Fire pit was stalked with enough wood. The owner was there to meet us and show us around. We will definitely love to come again

Enjoyed Orchard Beach

Judy is an excellent, helpful host. Her home is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen, in particular, is well outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet, while close to the beach/amusement zone. The Backyard is a nice evening retreat. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Vacation spot

This house is in a perfect location for walking to the beach or pier. There is plenty of sleeping room and the house is well kept. We had a girls' getaway and had a wonderful time. Having a full kitchen is a bonus, and the hot tub is a very nice extra. Judy is a wonderful and caring hostess. Highly recommended!
