A short stroll to all downtown hot spots including Palace Playland for the children, a dozen dining locations and a multitude of shopping options.
Located directly on seven miles of sandy beach with volleyball, boogie boarding and any other beach entertainment you desire. Walkable from the Old Orchard Beach train stop along the Amtrak route.
Master Bedroom has separate private deck entrance and smart tv. Kitchen has all amenities if you decide to stay in and cook your own lobster. Comfortably sleeps 6 and includes brand new beds (King and Full with twin bunk and twin trundle). All linens are provided and replaced after each guest.
Wind down your evening with a cocktail and live music overlooking the largest patio bar in Maine- The Swick. Live music starts in the afternoon and continues late into the evening. The perfect location to pad the family picture album.

If you are a fan of live music and the beach, there is not a better location anywhere. Weather permitting, bands play outside until ~1am on Friday and Saturday and until ~10pm Sunday through Thursday. Bands play indoors every night during the summer season.
