Excellent location to explore the Moab, Arches Nat Park and Canyonlands region. The 3 king beds were very comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths very accommodating. Balconies do overlook to the north (empty lot) but still great view of mountains for morning coffee.Quiet and comfortable, the condo was a welcome retreat after a long day in parks.We normally rent a small house / townhouse for these trips but this condo felt every bit as spacious.Only one item to pass on to future renters. Shortly after you book unit you will get an email from a source not recognized as Sage Creek or Vrbo. It was similar to this..."oru5b14b56db1x@inquiryspot.com. "The email asks you for a bunch of information, party size, age ,purpose of trip, etc. and I was hesitant to reply, as I couldn't identify it as from vrbo or Sage Creek. After some Google sleuthing I determined it to be most likely a legit business so went a ahead and answered the questions. It seems to be a legit request and a necessary part of the booking process for this unit. So no worries.Overall, I would absolutely book this unit again for future trips.

Pleasant Surprise

We were so happy when we arrived, the unit was spacious, modern and well appointed, the kitchen with the large island and fancy gas stove and so much more was amazing. The rental attendant was so helpful and friendly, we couldn't ask for better.
