There are tv's in each bedroom as well as the loft. Cypress Island has a beautiful pool and hot tub or take the water shuttle to Pelican Landing's private island where chairs and umbrellas are already set up for you. Non-Smoking, No Pets, 30 day minimum rental. Pelican Landing requires $250 in application fees and a background check. Rent money will be refunded if application not approved but not application fees. These fees are not included in nightly price. January through April rent as one lease.
