This vacation home was an excellent choice for our small little family of three. The check-in process was easy and fast upon arrival. The description of the property was 100% accurate and most important to us, the location of the beach was just a short two minute walk to the sand!

Rooms were clean. Amenities were great. Location was excellent and woke up and made a short walk to the beach to see each sunrise. Kitchen in this unit is the MVP- we utilized it for almost every meal as a family and it was well equipped and big. The pool didn’t look clean, but we had the beach, so we didn’t swim in it. Patio was enclosed and on the second floor. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

This is our second year in a row staying here. We love the location and the home. After a few hiccups which were addressed immediately by Seaside the entire trip went smoothly. The location is perfect and there were many local places to eat near by. Just a few min away they had a Thursday night concert where they shut down the street for. Lil shops and great food on the Main Street there.

This unit is a very short walk to the beach and has a recently updated vibe. The furnishings were appropriate and it worked perfectly for our needs.

The house was as listed. Clean and kitchen stocked adequately. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out very easy. Pool was small but we only used once as we are beach people.

Salty Suite

We had a fabulous time! Super close to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived. Everyone in the area was really friendly! We will definitely be heading back - hopefully sooner than later!!

Summer vacay

We were very pleased with the property. After a few small hiccup's, the management company were right on top of everything. They responded quickly and remedied the few small matters. It was really close to the beach. Quick walk to get there. The neighborhood was nice and locals were very friendly. Close to everything you need. I highly recommend this spot. We would stay there again.

Nice but small

We enjoyed our stay. For our family of 6 + 1, it was a little small. Well stocked and convenient to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Description stated there was a hot tub, but there was not. House could use a good deep cleaning, but all I. All a good time for everybody

Exactly as promised ... definitely will return w/pet

It was described perfectly. Alot of families were around the property during the time we were. Access to everything less than a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk to food, fun, and activity. 150 steps to the beach, which is priceless. Super friendly staff made check in and check out a breeze. Will return for sure !

The inside of the house was nice. However, it was obvious the floors had not been mopped as our feet were black after the first day. When we wipe the floor, the paper towel came up black. The thermostat to cool the house is on the second floor so in order to cool the upstairs, the downstairs has to be an icebox. There are no trash bins to take to the road as you have to carry your trash a short walk from the house to a dumpster. The pictures make the community pool look like it’s next to the house, but it is not. But it is a very short walk to the beach. I would give it 3 1/2 out of five stars. Also be prepared. There is not a television upstairs even though there is a remote control that doesn’t work. It’s a computer monitor.

No internet or tv the first day. Tv in living room needs to be replaced. If you dont have prime, you could not watch it. Other than that it was alright.
