This stunning four bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks to high School and Junior high and right off Country Club Road. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 4 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Outdoor covered patio with fire pit. Upscale restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen. *ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO SHOES*

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the home. The master has a Spa like shower and bathroom.

There is one bedroom suite on the first level all by itself and does not require any stairs. It has a wet bar, wine cooler and full en suite.

We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t say enough positive things about both the home and the host. From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent, clear, and very thoughtful, which made the entire experience feel easy and well organized. The host was genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful, accommodating every request we had and making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.The space itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived, and it was stocked with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our time without having to worry about the little things. The layout was comfortable, the home was quiet, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a pleasant experience for guests.The location was also a big highlight—very central and convenient to get to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Ideal vacation home

Our family gathered at this beautiful property and enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms (in addition to the outdoor patio with a fire). Everything about this home reflected thoughtful design, making it the most wonderful place to relax. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Communication with owners was easy. Perfect accommodations!

We stayed at Rod’s house while in town celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. This house was perfect for our family and even had a separate living space for my older parents. We had a small issue with the shower, but Rod helped us solve the problem immediately! We’ll be back!

This neighborhood is right next to Lake Oswego High School and downtown lake Oswego. it is a beautiful and quite neighborhood. It is also very close to everything in Lake Oswego and only 15 minutes to downtown Portland. It is in an upscale neighborhood of homes that cost upwards to $3-4 million. It is safe and secure.
