Great place for us as we were visiting family who lived nearby. We were able to host dinner in (little child who doesn't do well in restaurants) in the home with lots of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Host was quick to reply with any questions, and the place and linens were very clean, a must for a clean friek like me! Great location with food and coffee and groceries nearby.
Very clean, had all the amenities needed to cook and mix drinks, coffee, etc. Beautiful decor, modern, very nice bathrooms, plenty of space in bedrooms. We felt very at home and it was walking distance to everything we needed. Highly recommended property.
The house is great. Plenty of space, comfortable, stylish, well stocked, and located within and between multiple interesting neighborhoods. I especially enjoyed mornings on the back deck.
This home has an incredible number of beautifully appointed rooms, and the natural light throughout was absolutely stunning. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my many requests during our work weekend retreat. It was the perfect spot for six of us to relax and enjoy a movie together. The neighborhood is fantastic as well. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Home remodel obviously brand new. Great kitchen with many options. Nice layout for privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Can walk to many options for food and drink. Very clean but a musty smell throughout. Could use some spare blankets. I would recommend this place.

I'm so glad you would recommend the house! Because this is an early 1900s home, with some original features like the wood floors, there is a bit of an "old home" smell despite having a newly remodeled kitchen, lower level, and updated bathrooms. It is exactly as you'd find in other homes of a similar vintage.
We had a college friends trip for a group of 40ish ladies and this house was perfect. We all had our own rooms with comfy beds, clean and fresh-looking spaces to hang out in (actually everything looked brand new), and a great walkable neighborhood. We walked to a new breakfast restaurant about 3 blocks away and Whole Foods was also super close. Neighborhood felt super clean and safe. 10/10 for us. Thanks for a great experience!
When I first saw the house from the outside I had a little trepidation but, boy was I wrong. I've rented houses many times before but few of them had the character and cleanliness of this one. The hostess as good as the house. I accidentally forgot my pillow and he made sure I got it back. He was a pleasure to work with. The host was as good as the house. I accidentally left my pillow
We had the best day possible. Everything was five star. Owner was very willing to make accommodations if we needed. I would stay again 100% everything was fantastic.
