About this property

Cabin 3: is a two bedroom 750 square-foot home . Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bunkbed and there is a sofa pull out in the living room. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, countertop oven and 2 burner stove, and a refrigerator. The one bathroom is small, but it does its job. It has a fenced front yard and a large deck on the back facing the common area with a private hot tub. The property sits just adjacent to the lake about two minutes to downtown Grove, Walmart, shops, and restaurants. There are four cabins and eight RV spots on property . Perfect for family get together. It sits on a large shaded lot with a beautifully designed common area that consist of barbecue pits, a silo bar, hammocks, lounge, chairs, golf shooting range, horseshoes, badminton, a 1960 bread bus converted into a five person movie theater/PlayStation/Xbox room (completion date: 4/2.) Plenty of things to keep you busy when you’re not on the lake. We also provide a couple of bikes and a couple of electric scooters for your enjoyment, after all, you’re gonna want something to do after you get off the lake! There is on-site management for any need you might have.

Construction not complete, Not Clean

This place had no doors on ANY room including the bathroom! Place had not been cleaned, floors were filthy. Coffee table had fingerprints, rings from drinks, dust, clearly not cleaned. Cobwebs on the stove. Spare bedroom only has 1 full-size bed, listing said 2 queens. That full bed was not even made, no linens on it at all! The photo of the blow up slide is not even there on the property. Hot tub didn’t work, swimming pool was green. The picture of the bathroom, is not even a picture of the bathroom in the place we rented. All of this after owner asked us to give him an extra hour after check in time to “make things perfect” for our arrival. This place is misrepresented on the listing and was dirty.

Cute/cozy fun little cabins in Grove!

We enjoyed our stay here very much, it was a quick trip for us this time but we will be booking again when we come back! The host was amazing and there for anything we needed! Definitely check this place out!
