This is the second property I have rented from this host. It was exactly what we needed for my daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday. Plenty of room and beds for all of us. Pool table and arcade game in the basement are great.Also had giant uno and taboo, and connect four on the wall… tv’s everywhere. So fun. My daughter and her friends had a fantastic time! The hot tub is a very nice small tub. Only problem is crew forgot to turn it on the day before we arrived so we were only able to use it the second of two days there. The host did respond and offered hot tub fee refund for our inconvenience. Along with that there were a few issues in the backyard which is why I gave 4 stars. Again, the host was made aware of the issues and did apologize. Overall it was a really great experience and I would rent from him again!

As a last-minute place to stay, this location worked just fine. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids to sleep and hang out. However, the space was clearly not cleaned well after the last guests - dirty floors and vents, as well as smelly comforters. We also immediately had to go out to buy some essentials, such as paper towels, plastic silverware, and hand soap. The kitchen had the bare minimum as far as plates, cookware, etc. but did have an air fryer and Keurig. We did appreciate that the host responded quickly when we had issues, and also checked in several times during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. This house could do with a few repairs, as it has some wear-and-tear damage compared to the pictures provided in the listing. This includes needing a new dryer vent, shower door fixed (had water leaking out the bottom), and a shower liner for the upstairs tub.

Needs to be cleaned, feet turned black. Vents terrible. Floor should be repaired as it is sharp. Furniture poor quality, broken couches, slats missing in beds. No hot tub as advertised, the explanation was. “It was out to be serviced”. When I am renting a house that sleeps 13, there should be more than 4 chairs and 3 barstools. Need curtains or blinds in the upstairs bedroom.

The property was fine. The main issue was not being able to get in the property and never receiving check in information. After over 2 hours of trying to communicate with the owner and being on the phone with Vrbo the owner responded... This inconvenience made us late for the event we came to Cincinnati for.My advise would be to receive check in information the day before to avoid this problem.

Spacious Stay but Little Dirty

The property was spacious with modern furniture and a TV in every room. There were just a few things that were off during our stay: 1. We never received official check in or check out information and the front door was open when we arrived. 2. We couldn't get the hot tub to work and the water had a strange smell. 3. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the outside area was quite dirty. We needed to do a lot of cleaning with the pillows and table outside before using the area. Overall, I enjoyed my weekend as there was a good amount of space to host my out of town friends but some of the above details created some work and worry for us.

In town for a wedding

The property was just as listed! It actually has sleeping room enough for 16 people! We had 13 family members in town for a weekend and we had plenty of space. The owner was awesome at communicating and in touch with us the entire stay. We were in town for 6 days and there was no time. He was not asking if we needed anything. One tiny blip in the beginning with internet, but he was on it and had it fixed right away. I reached out and told him the dryer was not working correctly, by the next morning he had a brand new one in the house. I would not think twice about staying here again! It is an older home, but they have it fixed up Really nice and renovated recently. It was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed. It was a great experience, and would love to give them more business 🙂
