This is not just your average vacation rental. This place is a RESORT. Everything you can think of (and forgot) is provided. What a generous host. Even provided farm fresh eggs and fruit from her orchard. The pictures of the property do not do this place justice. We rented the entire property (the main home & the apartment) Perfect for a large family. The host even wants your dogs to feel at home, she provides toys, leashes, blankets and dog beds for them too. Very thoughtful. All upgraded appliances. No detergent needed to be added to the washing machine. It automatically dispenses it, very fancy. The outdoor area around the pool has several sitting areas with shade. The outdoor BBQ is more like an Outdoor kitchen, with seating and a refrigerator. The location is ideal too. In a quiet neiborhood setting, yet close to dining and a grocery store. We look forward to staying here again.

The location was perfect for all schedules wedding and pre wedding events for my grandson's wedding. The only minor complaint would be the house above guests arrival and it sounded like all the adults were in spiked high heels!

Fantastic! We will definitely stay here again. Host thought of everything! Gave us some great ideas for our own Vrbo property in Big Bear. Pool area is wonderful!

Family vacation

Beautifully renovated Casita and very clean. Host is sweet and communicative and provided lots of extras to make our stay feel like home. Virginia also provided a book that gives great suggestions for food and local activities. Pool and jacuzzi area are great and the jacuzzi stays hot for a long time after allotted heating time. The corn hole game was fun and the fire pit was quite enjoyable in the evenings. Parking is shared with the main house; we had two vehicles and we made it work. Definitely a family vacation for the books!

Home away from Home!

This property is everything it states in listing and more! I stayed here with my 12 and 16 year old Grandchildren and we had a great time due to the extra amenities that this property offers. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, which allowed me special time with my Grands. I only get to see them on average 2x a year, so quality time spent with them is priceless. Virginia is a wonderful host, who went above and beyond with the thoughtful little extras that she provided. Usually I'm a bit phobic of the germs others may have left behind, I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the property. If I didn't know better, I would have thought we were the first to stay at the property. Area is extremely quite and the views at sunset were beautiful. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be checking availability for this property on my next visit to Fallbrook.

Soccer Stay at the Fallbrook Casita

Virginia’s lovely 2br casita was home away from home and a very pleasant stay for my family and I. Our daughter had a big soccer tournament in Oceanside and this was a very convenient and clean place to stay and relax in between games. Our daughter loved playing in the pool with well appointed pool toys and accessories. The property was very clean and easy to figure out and Virginia’s check in/out notes were very clear. Communication was quick and she was very accomodating for our requests regarding check in and check out times wherever she was able to be flexible. She also stocked the fridge and kitchen with drinks and snacks, even wine for the parents! The listing is part of a split property with a larger 3br listing on the second floor and while there was another guest family staying above us, they were courteous and did not create a bother. Be aware the pool and common areas such as the driveway parking would be shared if both listings were booked. Luckily navigating these things were no issue. I would definitely book this place again next time we play a tournament in the area. Thank you Virginia for the hospitality!

Fallbrook is the Avocado Capital of the World and is also the Friendly Village! We are centrally located to several wineries, the beach, downtown San Diego and more. We are also close to many popular wedding venues so makes a great place to have the bride and groom stay with friends and family while also having the option for privacy.

What makes this property unique

This is a rare gem as it completely remodeled and every aspect of the house and backyard was decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen is well stocked so that you will be able to cook your own meals or BBQ outside by the pool. With so many sitting area outside, including two firepits, you won't get bored! There are board games inside if youd like break from the sun, or hook up to the internet and just watch your favorite show on TV. We are close to several wineries , hiking, shopping and the beach in about 20 miles away!
