Enjoy peaceful country living while still close to beaches, Sea World, Legoland, Temecula wineries, or even a day trip to Disneyland. Your dogs will love the fully fenced and gated yard. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for the whole group to comfortably hang out together. Master bedroom features a king size bed and tv with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds & a dedicated desk/work area. The den features a double sofa sleeper.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook including a coffee station and spices for cooking. Enjoy gametime with an indoor shuffleboard table, outdoor horseshoe pit, and a variety of boardgames and puzzles.

Includes full size washer and dryer.

Please Note: Property has outdoor security cameras. Camera coverage includes the gate/driveway area, doorbell, and rear garage door.

House Rules:

Driving/Parking Allowed Only On Paved Areas: No parking in the yard or unpaved areas of the property. Garage available for laundry facilities only. No parking available in the garage.

Smoking/Vaping Outside Only: Smoking and vaping is permitted in outdoor areas only. Outdoor ashtrays are provided. All ashes and butts must be disposed of using the provided outdoor receptacles. A fine of $300 will be charged for smoking inside the house.

Quiet Time 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM: No outdoor music, horseshoes, or loud talking after 10:00 PM.

Pet Policy: Dogs permitted - no cats. There is a 2 dog limit. Pets must be registered on your reservation and the pet fee paid. We provide pet sheets to cover furniture, pet bowls, and waste bags for your use. A fine of $100 will be charged if pet waste is not cleaned up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A fine of $100 for extra cleaning will be charged if you allow your pets on the furniture without covering with the pet sheets.

Use of the Fireplace: Fires are not permitted at this time due to the red flag warning in place for Southern California.

Septic System Precautions: Please take the following precautions to protect the delicate septic system. Only flush toilet paper provided. All other items must be disposed of in the trash including “flushable” items such as wipes and tampons. Use the garbage disposal sparingly to clear small food particles. Use the trash cans to dispose of larger food waste. Never put grease down the drain! Anything other than septic safe products can damage the septic lines and kill the orchard.
