About this property

Lovely pool villa in Lighthouse Bay. 3 bedrooms with all new furniture and mattresses. Tile floor and newly carpeted bedrooms. A bright and sunny living area with tile floor and beautiful sliding glass doors that give your the open view of the lake and natural beauty of the preserve behind. The bathrooms are fully renovated and the home is furnished with linens and towels, dishes, and pool and beach accessories.
The kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of cabinets and working space.
The pool and screened in lanai offer a private and relaxing oasis to unwind and relax on those sun drenched days. A refreshing swim and then top it off with grilling and enjoying our new patio set that is under a covered, protected area, that has a fan to cool the area as you enjoy your dinner and wonderful views.
