Gorgeous and Immaculate Remodeled condo features granite countertops in Kitchen, Master Bathroom and Guest Bath. Kitchen also features stainless steel Samsung appliances. Glassed in Lanai with impact glass and thermal blind is the perfect added living space with view of the lake and fountain. Office space located off kitchen is the ideal location for working from home, reading a good book or hosting a guest. Located on the 2nd floor, you'll enjoy tall ceilings and ample natural light. We have an electric piano for your enjoyment if you play. Lighthouse Bay offers all heated pools, including an enclosed 25 meter Olympic Lap Pool, Cabana pools (one is a short walk from the home), and a 2500 sq ft Lagoon Pool. You can also enjoy 6 lighted hydro Tennis Courts, 2 Bocce courts, Basketball, an enclosed 25 meter Olympic Lap Pool, Cabana pools (one is a short walk from the home), and a 2500 sq ft Lagoon Pool, plus 3 miles of lush walking and biking paths, 26 acres of wildlife preserve, 10 acres of Olde Florida Nature park, includes 32 fountains, 44 acres of lakes, & 70 acres of greensplace!Best of all Lighthouse Bay is located in the Brooks- minutes to RSW Airport, Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlet Mall, and Gulf Coast Shopping Center, Lee Health Hospital, midway between Naples & Fort Myers. First retired Snowbirding experience!

Lighthouse Bat was the perfect location to escape the cold up north! Pam, our host, was so communicative and had all of the comforts of home in her turtle-themed condo! We highly recommend! You won’t want your stay to end!

Costa del Sol properties were lovely. the entire lighthouse Bay complex is beautiful.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The owners responded immediately if there was any problem. Fortunately, there was no huge problems and we enjoyed every moment of our time there, especially enjoying breakfast and dinner in the lanai overlooking the lovely lake and landscaping of lighthouse Bay.

We are from Michigan and purchased this condo in 2021. Once we stayed for the winter to furnish it, we fell in love with the area and community. The neighbors are wonderful and friendly while still respecting your privacy. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, too. We feel very fortunate to have landed here and we know you'll enjoy your stay!
