Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, just 10 minutes to downtown.
Enjoy this self-contained apartment that sits on the edge of a trail system. The open plan space includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, queen sofa bed, and a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Have your morning coffee on the patio out front, or a cocktail in the evening, surrounded by quiet nature.
Just 10 minutes from the Courthouse Square and yet feels like miles away on a small cul-de-sac. This neighborhood is a well-kept secret in Prescott, backing up to the Pioneer Park Trail system.
The casita is all yours during your stay, and you have access to the the gate behind the building that leads to the trail system. You will be given an automatic gate opener for your car, to use while you're here. There is parking for you.
Within a 10 minute drive you'll find a Fry's supermarket and several fast food restaurants in that shopping center, Method Coffee, Dutch Bros Coffee, and a few fun restaurants like Nana's Cafe and Speeds Hangar Deli.
The shops in the Courthouse Square range from art galleries to gift shops to clothing stores to bars, pubs, and restaurants. Enjoy walking around the perimeter and get a real feel for this unique small city.
My husband Bill and I live on the property, about 100 yards down the path, and are available if you need us, but will let you enjoy your stay without interruption if you prefer.
