This 2nd floor, 1BR corner, end unit has windows facing the ocean in the bedroom and the sunroom. See the ocean/sunrise view from in bed AND see the ocean/sunrise view from the family room couch!!! Steps from the beach, heated community pool, hot tub, and grill area. View launches from the balcony and boardwalk to the beach, close to Port Canaveral with restaurants and shops, and 1 hour to Disney and 45 minutes to Orlando (MCO) airport. Great location! Open parking and laundry facility on site close to building.

The unit is in Royal Mansions in the heart of Cape Canaveral. Situated on 700 feet of private beach approximately two miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1/2 mile from Port Canaveral.

Beautiful and clean place; quiet; close to restaurants; short walk to the beach; John and Beth were great communicators and also had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for small families!

Steven was an amazing host! We had such a great time during our stay. It was so close to the beach and the pool. We flew there so we didnt have any beach stuff (toys, chairs) but they had it all! We will be back!!

Amazing ocean view vacation

Beautiful, convenient, very private and quiet location. Property was in great condition. The only problem was having to leave! Wi-fi and all amenities were perfect. Hope to visit again.

We loved this condo! The ocean views are amazing. Loved watching the cruise ships. Host is quick to respond. The pool and amenities are great -also a nice sandy beach that is not crowded with private access. Condo was clean and well stocked.

This was our second stay at Royal Mansions and first in this unit. This unit had phenomenal views. The host was very helpful and responsive. We were able to see 4 satellite launches during our two week stay. We will be back.

We loved this condo! Awesome views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. Grounds are clean, secure and the beach is so private! Never crowded with private access. Steve is an awesome host. VERY prompt and ready to take care of whatever you need.

Comfortable stay, great location

The complex is lovely, peaceful and steps from the beach. The condo is comfortable and was well supplied with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen supplies and towels. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and watching the cruise ships depart. And we even got to see a rocket launch from the beach (probably would have been able to see it from the balcony as well). The kids loved the pool as well. The owners are kind, easy to communicate with and incredibly flexible which I sincerely appreciate. We look forward to returning later this year.

Long weekend in Port Canaveral

We stayed 4 nights here. Enjoyed it throughly. Being able to watch the ocean while laying in bed is really nice. Condo was very clean and we had no issues. Owner emailed instructions the prior day and everything was as described.

Royal Mansions stay

Beautiful quiet setting and perfect roomy but cozy condo for us. Loved sunroom for mornings & coffee. Excellent view and sound of the sea. Best view and proximity to pool & boardwalk. Balcony, bedroom & sunroom windows all face beach. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Everything we needed in kitchen. Hope to return here! Very happy with stay.

Great Place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and exactly how it was advertised. The beach was perfect. The hot tub within the condo complex was not working until the last day we were there. But that’s not the condo owner’s fault. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Great View!

This condo has one of the best views in the complex. Ocean view from the bedroom, sitting area and living room. Communication with Steve was great. He was very prompt with any questions. We both worked from the condo and the WiFi was very good. If you want a beach condo in a quiet complex this is the place for you.
