Step inside this brand new (2024), gorgeous, beach front home and all your vacation dreams will come true! This 5-bedroom home is located in desirable Morgantown, so you'll not only be staying right on the beach, but you'll also have access to two neighborhood pools as well as tennis/pickleball courts. The home is pet friendly and so is the beach so the entire family can join in the fun! Pro Tip: Is your group larger than 18? Consider booking All In also! Located right next door, All In has an identical floor plan with 5 bedrooms and sleeps 18.

The Space

The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the massive, beach front deck. The deck was designed to appeal to sun worshippers as well as those the prefer the shade, so everyone is happy.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and beautiful tile flooring is throughout the home. You'll find a large dining table as well as counter seating and additional counter seating at the sofa table. Since you can never have too much ice, guests will really appreciate the free-standing commercial ice maker!

There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and private baths, a full over full bunk room, and another bunk room with 2 full over full bunks and its own bath - perfect for the kids.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

Family Beach trip

This property exceeded our expectations. Perfect location and the fact our pups could join us was a bonus. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My family had plenty of seating and the dogs enjoyed laying out on the deck when not at the beach. We look forward to many more memories being made here in the future.

House keeping had not come when we arrived so we were late getting in. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet so the dishwasher had to be loaded immediately, there was trash all around the outside of the house. We went out and cleaned it all up (beer cans and all) before our family arrived. However, after we got settled, we had a wonderful time, and the house is nicely decorated and comfortable! Very close to the beach, and we loved the enclosed deck!

Impressive beach house

Nine in our group (6 adults and 3 kids) All In Too sits on the beach and fit our needs perfectly with spacious rooms, comfy sofas plus a large solid upper deck with gate to keep the Littles safe. The large capacity washer and dryer came in handy. Good insulation between the bedrooms gave us peaceful nights of sleeping. Would love to rent it again

Family Spring Break

Our family of 11 adults and 2 dogs stayed at All In over spring break. The house was everything advertised. We loved the location between Tacky Jack's and Sassy Bass and the beach was right out off the deck. DeeDee was an amazing on-site property manager and we enjoyed getting to know her as we worked together through a couple of small inconveniences. We will be back.

Great place for families with babies!!

We went down to fort Morgan for our annual family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. Every room was very big and wasn’t cramped at all. There are two closets that will very easily fit a pack n play for sleeping in the dark. There weren’t any curtains but blinds everywhere so was sunny in the morning. There are only two tubs in the house so keep that in mind for bathing babies. The house was very close to the beach and was great for nightly crab catching. The smoke alarms are very sensitive so keep that in mind in the mornings 😆 We will be booking this house again next year!

The subdivision itself was nice however one afternoon we went to the pool for a couple hours and it was less desirable. If I had to give one complaint/suggestion it would be there was not enough kitchen storage for groceries. We made do but some sort of shelf or cabinet would be beneficial. I would definitely recommend this property and definitely stay here again.

A nice quiet spot on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of six adults and 2 young adult children. The house was well kept and the location on the beach was great. There were a couple of things we didn't love but they aren't negatives to the house just things to be aware of - the stairs are very steep and the older members in our party had some difficulty getting up and down. If you have rainy days, there isn't a lot of room to spread out as the house is mainly bedrooms with the den/kitchen area. We definitely enjoyed our time here and love Ft. Morgan. The property management team was very responsive to any issues, we would highly recommend renting from them. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great family getaway

The house was nice and good location. Had adequate space for 16 people. The only issues we had was the people staying next door in All In had dogs and didn't clean up after them so our side of the beach had dog poop everyday that we had to tend with. They also sprawled out their tents taking up the majority of the beach between both houses all week not removing their things at the end of each day. Also let their small children run around on the beach the whole time stark naked. I get it sometimes kids can be difficult but it's just a courtesy of other guests thing for me. Nothing negative about the house itself or the managers though. They were great! Would stay again for sure! The community pools are nice, lots of bugs at night though, so bring bug spray!

Summer Vacation With Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I,along with other family members, thoroughly enjoyed out week at All In Too. The house was very clean and was well stocked with all the dishes that we needed. We had a problem with the wifi but Dee Dee was on top of it immediately. We also had an issue with the drains in a couple of the bathrooms and the kitchen sink. Maintenance arrived in a timely manner and resolved our problems. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs. One of the chairs broke while my husband was sitting in it and another one was starting to get a large Crack in it. Iwould also recommend replacing the grill. It is in pretty bad shape. Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying there again.

Fell in love with the beach again

The ice maker was a wonderful asset. We cooked every day and had what we needed in the kitchen. Bring your own beach towels and enjoy the furnished washer and dryer to keep them clean and dry. Also a small, lightweight vacuum for sand management was another amenity that was nice. Not something I would have thought of until after the first day at the beach. Just made it more comfortable during our stay. Deedee, the property manager, is another wonderful asset to this property. She is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed meeting her. If I had to make one request,and I do realize not everyone cooks on vacation but for those of us that do, Id ask for a larger bottle of dish washing liquid or more dishwasher tablets. This was a wonderful week at a very nice beach house. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beachfront Getaway with Fur-babies

I was very satisfied with this beautiful location and home. All In Too was very clean and nicely appointed. We loved that it had a commercial ice machine - what a great addition for a beach home, to keep the beach coolers full of ice. The front porch now has a wooden gate at the top of the stairs, which was perfect to allow our dogs to enjoy the front porch, while being secure. The driveway/street had a great place to walk the dogs. There was an empty lot near the driveway, which allowed our little girl to have some grass, verses all sand. My only complaint was one of the king beds did not sleep well. The other 2 king beds were newer memory foam beds and slept great. The other one was a much older standard mattress that sank in the middle. Unfortunately, that was the bedroom we chose, and we had to change rooms with our younger niece. Also, the bedrooms could use a small chair to make it easier to sit to change cloths, etc. But all-in-all, this was a great rental home, and we would consider it again when we visit Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores. If you are looking for a dog-friendly family getaway, which is beachfront with direct access to the beach, this place is near perfection.

Nice view but definitely would not stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located directly on the beach and is brand new. It was decorated nice but there were a several issues. First the steps to the main floor are 2 story flights of stairs that are not lit well at all and the handrail is the top of wood not an actual hand rail. At night there is no lighting on steps especially when there is no sun during day to power up the solar lights that are mounted in wrong position to even get sunlight. My elderly parents only left when someone could accompany them down the steps in fear they would fall. I actually contacted property management to ask if we could move and was denied. I was informed it would cost me 1,000$ to move to a property that had an elevator. So, if you have no issues going up and down 25 sets of steps this might work for you. The main floor has one master bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The second floor had a master bedroom with 4 doubles beds(bunk style), small bunk room, 2 king size bedrooms with bathroom. The fan on the HVAC unit on main floor would not turn off. The 2nd floor master bedroom hot water did not work, the upstairs HVAC heat only worked on emerg setting. Also, downstairs bathroom would not flush, none of the closets have any hangers, blinds were missing way to open and close, furniture drawers wouldn’t open easily. On the first night we woke up to the main door wide open because it does not secure very well at all. With the door being wide open at night for who knows how long it was obviously freezing which caused 2 occupants to become sick. There is no deadbolt so you cannot lock the door when everyone is inside unit. We ended up blocking door with chair to keep it closed. The property (vacant) across had same issues I noticed the door wide open 2 or 3 times during our 5 night stay. Overall, I would not stay here again just based on stairs to access property and location. There’s about 3 restaurants within 10 minutes but everything else is about 30
