About the host
Hosted by Roger Baker

My family and I live out of state and have been visiting the Florida Pan Handle for over 20 years. I started looking for a place that was less congested and simpler and found this area. I like coming down to the Forgotten Coast and spending time in this area due to friendliness of the people, availability of fresh sea food and the absence of traffic and long lines. I wanted a place where I could fish or kayak within walking distance. What I like the most about St Teresa, is its laid back atmosphere.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood due to the direct access to the ocean, community pool and the unspoiled natural environment. I particularly enjoy the pine trees, native grasses and bushes. It's close to a boat ramp for access to the bay or blue water.
What makes this property unique
It is a newly constructed home in walking distance to both the ocean and community pool. If you are a nature lover and enjoy a quiet environment, A Step Away is the place for you and your family.
