Located in the The World Tennis Club in Naples. This Condo is just few minutes to shops, restaurants, 4 miles to the beaches & the popular downtown.

Mandatory Association fee $150 include: 16 Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball, Bacci Ball Court, 2 Heated Pools & Jacuzzi, Gym, lockers, sauna. Poolside Restaurant, Playground, Basketball Court, & bike-walking paths.
Not a suitable place for events or parties. It's a very strict condo association, more suited to relaxing and enjoying the resort like facilities.
