Luxurious North Scottsdale Poolside Condo

Beautiful and very clean condo with south facing patio overlooking the pool & fountains, architecturally appealing clubhouse, hot tub, outdoor fireplace and lush landscaping.

Ground floor level, open floor plan. Built in 2004 and remodeled in 2009/2010 with new quality furnishings and comfortable King and Queen beds. Five appliances. A fully equipped kitchen including garburator, gas stove, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, chef's knives, etc... The photos are a true depiction of our property.

Clubhouse includes a two-level fitness facility, coffee bar, piano lounge and fireplace. BBQ areas on grounds. Gated entry.

Easy access to 101 freeway. Several golf courses close by (namely the TPC Scottsdale, a 5 minute drive), minutes away to CrackerJax Family Fun and Sports Park (mini-golf, driving range & more). Just north of Kierland Commons. Five-minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Quick drive or easy walk to brand new shopping malls, several restaurants and a theatre complex.

Rental includes all utilities, high speed internet, cable TV and Netflix.

We rented this condo for the winter and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, office, and supplies. The living area is smaller than we anticipated and darker, but everything was comfortable, including the bed. The place is clean. Nice pool right there behind you. Handy parking. Happy for the recliners. Owner is easy to work with. Overall, very good stay.

Nice place!!

This unit is small but worked great for the two of us. It is very nicely furnished and supplied with everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to shopping and main roads. We had one issue that needed fixing and that was handled right away. Only negative things would be neighbors with dogs and thin walls. Neither was much of an issue for us. Overall a great place and we would definitely rent again.

We stayed from mid Jan - end Feb 2019. This was a fantastic condo with fabulous owners. It was 'fully stocked' with all cleaning supplies and condiments. Anything we needed was a 5 min walk. The pool was fantastic and kept clean. The only complaint I had was the poor insulation of the building. I'm a sound sleeper but this was impressive. I could hear the phone vibrate. Nothing ear plugs can't fix. That's the guest room. Apparently the master bedroom had much less noise above them. If you want great honest owners, a safe and clean rental I highly recommend it. Rose

Everything about the home itself was as described. Unfortunately a nearby neighbor habitually smokes marijuana and for that reason I would say that this place is not kid friendly. If that’s not a concern for you then I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

I highly recommend this condo for your stay here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. it was a pleasant experience from the very first contact. Perry was very responsive and flexible to our needs. The Condo has every thing you could need. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped, the beds comfortable, beautiful comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and linens, laundry facilities, even a closet with tools should you need them. The grounds are well maintained as well. After a quick trip to a very close Grocery store we were setup and feeling at home. we enjoyed the BBQ almost daily. Visiting with other friendly residents as we enjoyed the BBQ, pool and hot tub areas was also a very pleasant experience. 5 Stars!!!!!

R & R FROM ILLINOIS

From the minute we opened the door and found an anniversary card and fresh cut flowers welcoming us, we knew we had made the right decision in our selection of condos. The owners pride in their property, as well as their concerns for the comforts of their guests was further evident in the quality of the furnishings, and an ample supply of the, tissues, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. The spa and swimming pool couldn't have been more conveniently located, as they were right off the patio. The Club House and excercise room were mere steps away from the Condo, and were very well equipped, including a grand piano, bar, fireplace, and computer room. The location of the Condominium Complex was excellent, in that it was away from the high traffic areas, but close enough that we were able to acess Scottsdale Road, Highway 101, or Mayo Road (Mayo Hospital( in a matter of minutes. Being a gated community was an added plus, and provided us with a real sense of security. There is a very nice shopping center, that has many upscale restaurants, a Movie Theatre Complex, and numerous shops (small and large) within a 5 minute walk of the Condo. We would highly recommend this Condo to anyone interested in staying in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. If our future plansshould bring us back to this area, we will definitely rebook this Condo

Excellent location in Scottsdale

We rented this for May and part of June, and were very, very happy with it. Excellent location for all of the valley's amenities. Close to the freeways. Close to Mayo's. The condo setup is excellent, everything beautiful. Very clean. Great swimming pools, exercise rooms, etc. The owners were very helpful. We would heartily recommend it to anyone wanting or needing to be in the greater Phoenix area.

Scottsdale condo was perfect

The location just off the 101 loop made for easy access to the whole area. Pool was a pleasure and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything needed was right there and the gated community makes for a safe place to be.

We're from the Okanagan Valley in BC. Love it there but it's nice to get away in the winter to enjoy warmer weather down south. When in Scottsdale we like to hike, golf and just hang out and relax.

Why they chose this property

During an RV trip south spring of 2009 we thought it would be nice to have a place to call home in the warm southern climate. We really liked Arizona with the variety of mountains, desert, forests and lakes, and especially Phoenix for having amenities of a city with natural areas all around. We focused on finding a condo in Scottsdale. After looking at many units we found this 'gem' at the Montage, now called the Larronata.

We try to get here at least once a year for 2-3 weeks. Will definitely spend more time once we retire. Until then we are happy to share our condo with vacationers looking for a high quality vacation rental property in the North Scottsdale area.
