Wonderful stay would definitely recommend. Only issue for me because I’m very hot natured and come from a very hot and humid climate the air conditioning and place doesn’t get cold enough for me but she does have a box fan in the bedroom closet.

Well appointed, comfortable 1-bedroom unit. Easy 10 min. Drive to Mayo Clinic PHX. Lg grocery store few minutes away. Very nice king bed, walk in shower, lots of closet space. L-shaped couch great for watching tv on large screen. All the tv channels you could want. Lg tv in bedroom also. 2 private separate sitting areas outside, besides lounge chairs by a lovely pool (with diving board)! Full size frig and stove. Lots of cooking utensils. Coffee pot & keurig. Table with 4 chairs. I would come back.

Quiet Vacation

We had a great relaxing stay. The property was close to things to do and it was in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt safe the whole time we were there. Edith was super quick to respond when we had questions. The casita felt really private, and even with the owners living on property, we never felt crowded at all! I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the Phoenix area.

Peaceful quiet

Nice little apartment at the end of a cul-de-sac attached to a house with a beautiful pool, with a couple of cute little dogs that would come out every so often. Cute kitchen awesome shower comfortable bed.

Great getaway location!

We stayed for 14 days. While the owner also lives on-site, we rarely saw her, unless we needed something. A great location, cozy space to stay. We already plan to return.

Fun in the sun!

We had a great stay! The place is very clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The best part is the pool and the amazing shower panel! The pool is shared but it's very large, great lounge chairs.
