Located on 1.33 wooded acres. Dining room seating for 10. Breakfast bay looks out onto the woods and lake below. Large screened porch overlooking the woods and lake. 20-minute drive to Clemson University. 18-hole Championship Golf, Fitness Center, Tennis Complex, 3 Walking Trails, Fine Dining, 2 Outdoor and 1 Indoor Pool and more. WiFi included.

The master bedroom is on the entry-level, along with the living room, kitchen, office, and garage. The lower level has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, with a common area in between. This is a spacious 3,800sqft home, with a short walk out of the backdoor down to the private dock. Beds for 9 people. High speed internet access included.
Guest access
Full access to the home.
Other things to note
Boat may be rented from the owner. This is arranged directly with the owner. Association dues of $400 per month and $60 food minimum are to be paid directly to Keowee Key Home Owners Association.
