Parking is one dedicated space directly beside the tiny home. Or two cars if parked back to front with one parked in between the firepit and the cabin. Please note that the firepit area and parking area are shared with one neighboring tiny home. Boat parking is limited to small boats/trucks less than 25 feet.
Cabin Guidelines
We want Knot Working to feel like a place to exhale—for you and for every guest who visits. A few simple guidelines help us keep the cabins peaceful, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the listing description and house guidelines in their entirety.
1. Guests
Up to 4 guests total are allowed. All overnight guests (including pets) must be registered at the time of booking.
2. Parking
Parking is available beside each cabin for one vehicle or two vehicles parked front-to-back beside the firepit.
Please do not park in front of the cabin or in the street. Additional parking is available in front of the RV park near the tree.
3. Cancellations
We are unable to refund non-refundable discounted reservations, cancellations outside our cancellation policy, inclement weather, utility outages, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen events.
4. Dog-Friendly Cabins – Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly cabins only.
• Dogs must be added to the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in
• Maximum weight: 50 lbs
• Please keep dogs off furniture
• If your dog was not added at booking, please contact us before arrival to arrange payment options.
Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines and are subject to our standard pet fee.
5. Long-Term Stays
Stays longer than 7 nights require a light bi-weekly cleaning to help maintain the cabin.
6. Wi-Fi & Smart TVs
Please do not unplug the Wi-Fi or delete apps from the TVs. You are welcome to log into your streaming services—just remember to sign out before checkout.
7. Forgotten Items
Please check for all belongings before departure. If items are left behind, a $35 minimum handling fee plus shipping will apply for returns.
8. Damages or Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay. Charges may be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center or the card on file if necessary.
Violation of house guidelines may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
