On-site, you can take on the Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course or enjoy a leisurely loop around the complementary 3-hole short course. The home is situated in a highly desired section of the resort, offering easy, quick access to two sparkling pools that are heated during winter months, a fitness center, and resort dining. The resort’s private boardwalk to the beach is within a hundred yards of the front door, making beach trips a breeze. A leisurely walk or comfortable Golf Cart ride down to the beach on the private boardwalk is a perfect family activity where you can rent chairs to enjoy all the fun in the sun with family and friends.
Between outings, everyone can gather for some TV time or conversation in the sunlit living area. The home has everything you need for an evening of fun with board games and the newest Sony PlayStation games. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, entertain, relax, eat, and enjoy island life. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor dining experience in the fenced-in park just outside the front door, which boasts lots of palm trees with a covered picnic area and plenty of room for the kids to play or have fun on the swings.
This home is equipped with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. It features a two-car garage, private parking spaces at the back, ample street parking, and everyday essentials such as central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer, and a guests guide to our favorite places! This was a wonderful property. We have rented homes and hotels all over Corpus and Port Aransas over the years, this will be our go to moving forward.

Girls trip
Came here for a couple of days for a girls trip and we had a great time! The home is very close to the boardwalk to the beach on property which was nice. There is some construction going on right next door which was a bit of a bummer, but it wasn’t super noisy! Would stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again!
The house had a perfect set up. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and pillows. The only issue we had was the floor was dirty when we arrive. Luckily they had a broom and we swept. Overall we had a great experience and loved the location!

The perfect vacation home
This home is incredible! the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, from cutlery to pots and appliances; the rooms are comfortable and spacious and has to balconies with beautiful views. The garage fits 2 cars inside but there is space for two more cars outside. The location of the home inside the resort it's very convenient, close to the beach and to both pools. We had an amazing weekend and look forward to visiting again.
