Escape to the luxury of Saltwater Gospel, located in the Beachside development. This Townhome is a getaway you won't forget! Walk into the tranquil textures of the tile floors as you view the soothing colors that fill the environment with cool coastal colors blues, greens, and smooth creams. With a large 65" LCD Smart flat-screen TV in the living room and plush chairs and sofas, the living room invites a large group to enjoy the trappings of this home away from home as you entertain or get ready for a night out. Lush upholstery fills the space with warmth and the promise of a relaxing stay as you seat yourself amidst inviting furniture. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area for extra sleeping. If you wish to move things outside, spend a while on your private balcony and kick your feet up as you enjoy the ocean breeze. The downstairs sleeps 6, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite full-size bathrooms. The downstairs Master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and full-size ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen, dining, living, and master bedroom are all located on the second floor. Enjoy plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. The master bedroom is located on this floor with a plush king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The beautifully acquainted powder bath is near the kitchen. The third level of this lovely Townhome offers a spacious master suite with a plush king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. There are 49" flat-screen televisions in every bedroom and a 65" Smart TV in the living room. The heated community pool is right next to this lovely home. Go ahead and bring your dogs and golf cart to this lovely home.

Family time

This was a wonderful space for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of room for all ten of us along with private areas for quiet times. The pool was awesome for the kids and the adults. The location is great and easy access to the beach and restaurants. All of us had a fantastic time!

Perfect location and great management company

The communication and service from Life in Paradise is top notch! They provided beach rental equipment and helped with a golf cart. This place has the perfect location and is incredibly spacious.

Enjoyed our stay

Unit was clean except some dishes and utensils that were put away were still dirty. Unit is near the pool which is great when you have little ones that enjoy the pool.

Fantastic Stay

Although there are only 2 spots for vehicles, they have an area a couple blocks away to park if the over flow parking is full. The Condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The pool is very nice. The staff was on point! We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great PA Stay!

We enjoyed the spacious layout… 4 bedrooms were great with our family. Plenty of space when you needed a little space. Bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were awesome. Plenty of kitchen “stuff”. We really appreciated the abundance of trash bags, dishwasher tabs and Dawn.

Great property and location

The property was perfect with 3 king bedrooms and a kid's room with two sets of bunk beds. Perfect for a large group with adult couples. The pool was close and the kids loved the slide! Although we drove to the beach, it would have been an easy walk if we didn't have so much gear. And, it was only a little over a mile to town.

Perfect beach vacation!

This property was perfect for my family with 2 younger kids, my parents, grandma and uncle. Everyone had their own room and the shared space was very comfortable. Loved the ocean breezes on the balcony on the top floor! We rented a golf cart and highly recommend one! Made trips to the beach super easy. The pool was great too and very easy walking distance from the unit. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for us!!!

This was a last minute booking due to our extended spring break and everything was ready upon our arrival! This townhome has plenty of space and the floor plan was perfect with six teenagers and two adults! The location is great being close to town and the beach and the heated pool was an added bonus with the weather being in the low 70’s! We would definitely re-book!

Amazing stay close to the beach

We had 4 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone. It was very clean, they had a washer and dryer. I highly highly recommend to anyone going to the beach with friends or family. Pillows were super comfortable!! The pool was 10/10 warm water, spacious, they have a grill. Overall 10/10 my kids and family loved it. It was one for the books!!!

Cozy spacious place

Fit everyone well, liked that there were 3 masters with bathrooms and a few extra bathrooms. Would have been nice being able to use the garage, with the limited parking and being able to fit so many people. But it wasnt the worst thing to deal with. Overall great place to stay!

A Sunny Week in Port A

The weather during the week was very warm but the pool and the short walk to the Gulf provided relief for the family and friends. All bedrooms had private access to bathrooms keeping the kids separated from from the adults. The rooms were decorated nicely with ample storage and supplies. The location was near restaurants and shopping and the ferry was close enough to get to once on the island. Considering the time of year we traveled, the traffic was light driving around on the streets sharing the road with golf carts. All in all, a very nice and comfortable family vacation.
