The host was super nice and helpful. The place was really beautiful but it missing some big amenities. Only had 3 towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper. The shower was impossible to get working proper and the water was so hot it burned. No big mirror in the place is weird. The ice machine kept us up and the master bed room screens didn't go down so we had sun light in our face in the morning.

The blackout shade was torn and didn’t close in the bedroom. There was no coffee maker. The condo was not a sky villa penthouse. It is a condo at the panorama. Someone left their half used items in the bathroom and kitchen. Ran out of tp. Host was very slow and not very accommodating.

Jakes place is literally so gorgeous, def didnt want to leave!!! Highly recommend.... Hes very kind and accommodating too. Made us feel right at home!

Very cool pad but not very clean

The stay had an incredible renovation that lives up to its listing expectations. There are no good mirrors in the whole unit so you may want to pack your own. And the clean was well just not clean. Hopefully they actually hire maids in the future to clean the place.

nice property...poor management

The penthouse is nice, but then when we pulled the bed spread back, the bed had ALOT of hair...(all types) not just from the scalp. I contacted Jake about it. He said he would have the maid lint roll it! I said no, wanted fresh sheets and pillow cases. He said ok. We left for dinner and a concert. When we returned, the maid had literally just made the bed. The same hairs were there. It was late, so my wife and I ended up placing towels ontop of the bed and slept on the towels. We left the next morning and checked into another casino the next morning. I contacted Jake to refund us for the day we didnt stay there and he never responded. Thought the property is nice, DO NOT RENT IT.

DO NOT BOOK! Owner is Completely Unprofessional!

Owner turned his phone off before I arrived because he was GETTING A MASSAGE! He literally admitted that to me before I left. I did not receive any check in info other than the address before my travel date and once I arrived to the location at the agreed check in time, all my text messages to him were green,all my calls were going straight to voicemail and the lady at the gate told me this is A PRIVATE BUILDING and he was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE RENTING HIS PLACE ON VRBO. It took her 30 min to get in contact with him and told me we had to LIE and say we are friends of his just so we can go into the building. She told us to go inside and wait for him in the lobby. At this point I’m done waiting. I still haven’t received a text or call from this guy so I booked another place. Right as I’m getting into my Uber,he comes out pleading with me to stay. He tells me that he texted me an hour ago asking if I’ll come at 12:30 instead of 12 because the cleaning lady needed more time but when he tried showing me that text that he claimed he sent me, I received the text immediately after. I end up leaving and put in a request after for a refund. I explain to vrbo what happened, they contact him and sent me his reply.He makes up a HUGE LIE saying we agreed on a check in time at 1 but I wanted to arrive even earlier at 12 and didn’t want to wait so I booked a different place last minute. I have literal PROOF of what he said to me, I’m just surprised someone would make up a lie like that to SCAM!
