The place was so clean and beautiful and super functional. Loved access to the Lazy River. Loved access to casino but the lobby has no cigarette smoke. The cute little bar downstairs was a plus and the couches were super comfy and so was the bed and pillows. The water pressure was awesome and filled up the tub quickly. I’d love to return!! The host was super responsive!!

Location is superb and the hosts provided great communication. Close enough to the action to be there in less than five minutes. Also very convenient and central for using Rideshare (Uber/Lyft).

Amazing accommodation, great location and host provides all the information you require.

The Signature is in a terrific location. We stayed with friends and the two adjoining rooms were perfect. We are grateful for the clear and timely communication with the hosts. We would definitely stay again.

The lofty views overlooking the strip were amazing, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. Joe and Debora were super hosts. Gotta be one of the best places to stay in all of Vegas. We will be returning for sure.

Girls Trip To Vegas- Amazing Stay

A group of childhood friends got together to unwind and have fun in Vegas and our stay at this residence was one of the highlights. Everything was easy- from booking to checking in. The place had ample space for 5 of us and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was super easy to access the Strip too!Highly recommend.

Girl's weekend getaway

This room was amazing! The owners were always in contact leading up to our stay and easy to reach if needed. 7 stayed here and it fit all of us perfectly, tons of space to get ready and sleep. The views were amazing! Had a great stay! Definitely recommend!

Work Conference

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for us. It was nice each of us having our own bathrooms, as well as a kitchen to eat in some during our stay. It was also really easy & convenient to catch an Uber from this location. We would stay here again:)

Great property and great location! Exactly as described and lots of communication with the owners! Both units were nice and big, providing us with everything we needed. The check in and out process was super easy. I highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!
