Everything was in good and clean condition. There were so many cute and welcoming touches. We asked about the fire pit and they had plenty of wood there for us. The deck was lovely to sit out on in the morning sun. We hope to be back.

Loved it. Already booked another stay later in the year. Exactly what we hoped for. Very quiet and private but close to everything for convenience. Stays cool in the house w/o AC (was in the 80s during our stay) as long as you keep the windows and shades shut.Owners have also added bunk beds off the living/dining area which is perfect for us. I'm very picky with beds but can happily state the beds were pretty comfy. Nice upgrades, very clean, tons of supplies, firewood and everything you need. Only caution is that several rooms have steps up into them and the staircase is very narrow and steep, so anyone with balance or walking issues needs to be careful. Owners might want to install a strip of dim lights (like airplane aisles have; they sell glow-in-the-dark strips on Amazon) on the main bedroom step and the ones in the dining room/kitchen to help people navigate at night when going to the bathroom and forget there are steps.

The property was perfect!! Check in was easy with the instructions given by the owner. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked with anything we would need. We did use the charcoal grill which was in good shape and worked well. The perfect place to stay while floating.

Three Rivers Retreat

My wife and have been to this property many times under the previous owners and now the current ones. As always, our stay is peaceful and enjoyable. Great Weekend Away!

My husband and I booked the Three Rivers Retreat for a weekend float trip, and it was perfect! We booked the float with Garrison's and for a small fee they picked us up at the front door and dropped us off after. The house was exactly what we needed for just the two of us!
