PRIME Granite City location / close to SCSU & DT

Welcome to your home located in the quaint St. George neighborhood! Close to the university, downtown, and within walking distance to the quaint Lake George park. For those that enjoy cooking, the home comes stocked with kitchen necessities and if you’re just looking for a good cup of coffee in the morning, we offer a fully stocked coffee bar. There are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained and a 65” TV (bring your streaming service passwords).
The space
The home comfortably sleeps 7 people. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a third bedroom with a twin bed and a bathroom with a tub. The 4th bedroom with a queen bed is located in the basement and the additional bathroom with a shower on the main floor.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire house. There is a key-less entry for easy access and check-in. Your unique entry code will be provided to you two days prior to your visit.
Other things to note
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with one ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the home at the front entrance (records video and audio 24/7). The Camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home.

The location was perfect. I never had to use my car. The place was clean and spacious with a nice front porch and backyard we could use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in and out process was perfect and the hosts were very organized and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice small place

A few things broken door knobs for example. More tvs are needed. Yard needs to be better maintained all in all a good stay for the price but with a little upgrades you can easily get more
