NO SMOKING of any kind inside the home or there will be a $500 fine. Designated smoking area is outside 20 meters away from home.
Do not unplug/tamper with internet/security cameras. This will result in immediate removal from property w/ no refund of any monies, including fees.
Close hot tub cover. If cover is left open for one hour after each use, $50 fee will be charged per occurrence. If left open overnight, fee is $200.
