Cute place , was perfect for what the group need. Dishes weren’t in a condition that I would have preferred.I felt like I needed to wash everything before use . Nice experience but felt it a bit pricey for what you got .
I did not realize that the loft was really small with a low low ceiling. Description indicated ample space for a family of 5 but that was not exactly correct. Very cramped accommodations for 5. Had I realized how small the place was I would not have booked this particular house. It was a great location but not for 2 adults and three kids.
Instructions were well laid out and parking was simple. Host was so super responsive and accommodating. The bungalow is so cute and my kids really enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Will book again!
This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute!

Cute little cottage in a tranquil setting. Kids loved the loft area and the whole family loved the river walk. Would definitely stay again.
We loved every minute. Super cute, everything you need is here! Little dicey going up the ladder! But the close proximity to the river walk and town was priceless.
we were traveling from Boston for a winter holiday with our 16-year-old twins. Capitola was the perfect location for us to enjoy California at its most relaxed and fun!
The cottage has everything you need for your stay. But the gym of this cottage is location. Three minute walk to downtown Capitola means you can run in to town for coffee, wine tasting, shopping or a sandy walk on the beach…
The community is welcoming and engaging. Will be back. That’s for sure.
This was a very pretty and clean little bungalow. The renovations are nice and have smartly retained many charms of a vintage beach house making it a cheerful and happy place for me and my mom. We were comfortable sleeping in the bed and on the fold-out couch. The upper loft seemed very warm and took a fair amount of coordination to get in and out of so, nobody tried sleeping there but kids might get a kick out of it. The shower is nicely lit, clean and powerful, I really loved that part. Check-in was easy and communication was good. The town is thriving and we had great food and fun shopping. We found parking just a few blocks from the bungalow, two times, after looking for only about 5-10 minutes. The little town can get crowded sometimes but is very special in all the charm it has to offer. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.
