Kitchen was completely renovated with all new floors, counters, walls and appliances. Hallway wall removed to open kitchen to a view of the Gulf.

Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom and living room all open to long balcony overlooking the Gulf. There is no better place to view the unforgettable Marco sunsets.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, separate dressing area and private bath, 2nd bedroom has twin beds.

Bathrooms - Both completely renovated with everything new - tile, walls and walk-in showers

TV in each bedroom and living room.

The condo is fully equipped and comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen is loaded. Linens and beach gear provided.

Laundry room on each floor.

Beautiful Pool outside the door on your way to the beach.

This is a nice quiet spot. Lots of fun is available here - water and beach activities, golf, shopping, gambling, exercise room, movies, theatre, walking, restaurants and more. But many find themselves trapped in the glory of sitting on the deck and relaxing in the most beautiful spot you can imagine.

If I can't be there all the time I want someone to enjoy this place!

Beautiful view and beaches! We enjoyed walking to the beach and watching the sunsets. The place was clean and comfortable. Louise was great to work with and provided accurate information and lots of extra information to make things go smoothly! Loved it and highly recommend. I miss Marco!

AMAZING!

We can't say enough about our stay, Louise (owner), and of course, Marco Island, it's our favorite place to be! The condo is perfect-what a view. It's immaculate and has everything (literally) that you need from a beach cart, beach toys and chairs to towels and fully equipped kitchen. Our kids (ages 8 and 11) loved their bedroom and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The location is incredible. right next to Tiger Tail, the beach, and the pool. We already booked for next year. Thank you Louise for being so flexible and helpful! We can't wait to be back next year (if not sooner)!

Beautiful Marco

Everywhere in Marco is beautiful and the weather is great. This rental could use some basic updates and would be exceptional like many other places. Condo was clean, very comfortable, great view, and we loved every minute of it!

Fantastic place in Marco Island

We had a wonderful time at Louise’s condo, and Louise was great to work with. If there were questions, Louise responded in a very timely manner. The location of the condo was perfect. Tigertail beach is very beautiful. The shells are very plentiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were also beach towels, beach wagon, sand toys, and coolers. The condo had a beautiful view from the deck. The sunsets were gorgeous. There were plenty of chairs and a table on the deck. There was not a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was no problem using a washer at the end of the hallway. The condo itself was very clean. The property surrounding the condo was very well taken care of as well. The pool was large and there always were available lounge chairs. Louise sent a packet of different restaurants to try while in Marco Island. We enjoyed Doreen’s Cup of Joe for breakfast. Kids love Pinchers for lunch or dinner. Sunset Grill has a beautiful view and tables outside. If you don’t want to eat in a restaurant try Michelbob’s for take out ribs. The ribs and sides are delicious. You will enjoy your stay. This is a great condo.

Perfect vacation rental!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! It truly is in the perfect location. We took daily walks to Tiger Tail beach and Sand Dollar Spit. One morning, our kids found over 120 full sand dollars! Amazing! The shelling was incredible and the sunsets were breathtaking. The condo is generously stocked and has everything you’ll need from beach gear to kitchen supplies - we were very impressed! One morning we took the Hemingway Shuttle out of Rose Marina to Keewaydin Island. Dolphins flipped behind the shuttle on our way out and the island had some very unique shells. We ate at Snook Inn one evening and enjoyed it very much. The property owner was wonderful to work with and even sent a packet full of helpful information and tips about the Island before our trip - everything from restaurants to rentals on the island. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to rent on Marco!!

Louise the owner was great to work with, answered questions and responded very quickly. Condo very comfortable and well cared for. I loved the amazing views of the nature preserve and Tigertail beach- very peaceful. Kitchen and condo well stocked with anything you might need. A great place to stay!

Perfect place to relax!

This is the perfect place to go and relax. We enjoyed getting up in the morning and taking a long walk on the beach. There are thousands of shells and people will make all kinds of things with them in the sand. If you prefer sitting by a pool, there are plenty of chairs, we never had a problem finding a spot no matter what time of day. This condo has everything you need for your stay. There are beach chairs, beach towels and even a cooler. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The beds were comfortable too. As some other reviews have pointed out, this condo could use some updating; however, there’s nothing there that would prevent you from having a wonderful time!

North end of Marco Island

South Seas is a gated community located on at the North end of the island. The beach is very wide giving families plenty of room to spread out, make sand sculptures, and not feel crowded. Shelling along the shore of Tiger Tail in the morning will yield perfect sand dollars. You can spend 30 minutes to many hours there. The South end of the island has softer sand, the beach is narrower, and shells are fewer. For a bit of an unusual dining experience try Lee Be's Fish. It's a "fish shack" serving fish caught just hours earlier- best fish I've had in a very long time. We tried the fish taco (delicious) and island style grouper w/ black beans and rice. Note: It is CASH only. There are plenty of restaurants near South Seas, some within walking distance -Joey's (highly recommend - be sure to try the garlic knots!), Doreen's and Nene's for good lattes and fantastic breakfasts. CJ's, in Esplanade Shops, is a short drive, had a great sunset view, food was fresh, and service was pleasant. We drove to Goodland (30 minutes or so) to have dinner at the Little Bar Restaurant. It's a funky place in funky town. Food was just average. With so many other great choices, we probably won't go again. Take-out from Su's Garden is good choice after a full day when you don't want to out to dinner. We took Hemingway Water Shuttle to Keewaydin Island for a day trip. It's a family owned business, and it shows. Steve and Matt made sure everyone was comfortable and made us feel welcome. We saw dolphins and a manatee on our way out. Bring plenty of sunscreen and re-apply often. One side of the island is the "party side" w/ boats pulling in, people listening to music, and even food boats. The other side of the island (a 5 minute walk) is on the gulf w/ a wide white sand beach. We found a lot of big sand dollars. We'll definitely do this again on our next visit. We enjoyed Marco Island and will return for future vacations. Louise's condo was OK. It does need some updating. We will probably stay in a different location next time to try out a different "feel."

My family and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Booking the vacation was really easy. I picked Southseas because someone recently recommended it to me. I picked this particular condo because there were lots of positive reviews and we couldn't have been happier. We received instructions in the mail that couldn't have made it any easier. There was also suggestions on places to visit, where to eat and lots of helpful tips. Even though we have been to Marco Island before the recommendations and advice was very helpful. This was our 5th visit to Marco Island and I think our best. My family and I enjoyed walks every day on the beach, collecting lots of shells (including 5 sand dollars), the beautiful sunsets every night from the fabulous deck, the walks along the marina (even though we didn't see any dolphins or manatees, that others have seen). Once again this condo provided everything and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be returning to stay at this beautiful condo. Timothy and Susan F Ada, Michigan

My family and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation

Booking the vacation was really easy. I picked Southseas because someone recently recommended it to me. I picked this particular condo because there were lots of positive reviews and we couldn't have been happier. We received the keys and instructions in the mail that couldn't have made it any easier. We were arriving late at night and my GPS took me right to the front gate. The person at the gate directed us where to go, even though there signs and I had great instructions. We had a key to get into the building and another into the condo. There was also suggestions on places to visit, where to eat and lots of helpful tips. Even though we have been to Marco Island before the recommendations and advice was very helpful. This was our 5th visit to Marco Island and I think our best. The condo was on the 8th floor providing fabulous views from the deck and provided plenty of room. My family and I enjoyed walks everyday on the beach (collecting lots of shells and a few sand dollars) and walks to the Marina to look for the Manatees and Dolphins. This condo provided 'everything' you could ever think of that would be needed for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this condo to anyone thinking about visiting Marco Island!!!! Thanks again to Louise Mitchell for allowing us to stay in your condo. We definitely will be staying here again. Tim and Sue West Michigan

I'll be back...,that says it all!

Our family of five adults had a great time. Louise's condo is very pleasant not fancy which I like and felt like home. I did not feel like I had to clean it everyday and watch out for possible spills etc We would relax and enjoy the outdoor indoor living. We have stayed at SS for over 30 years and really like the quieter side looking over Tigertail! We also like this layout with the balconies off both bedrooms and living area that makes the condo feel even more spacious. Having said that I found Louise to be extremely accommodating as we requested to arrive a day earlier than planned and our request was graciously accepted as the condo was vacant. That extra day was extremely beneficial to make the vacation complete . I do plan to visit Marco every year following in my mother and her sisters footsteps . Our adult daughters are also continuing the tradition. Susan. Cape Cod

Well equipped and amazing views

The owner was great to work with. Very responsive to emails and questions. People, the sunset views don't get better than they are from this balcony. People line the beaches and you can watch it in peace on your own balcony and all the people outside on this side of building applaud it when it happens. Ice maker in room is a nice upgrade, many don't have this in these buildings. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a+. When we go back to Marco we will consider this property again unless we buy a spot to call our own.

The best!!!

I've stayed at another condo but this one is by far my favorite! I felt so at home, the view of the ocean was to die for, and everything was clean. Can't wait to go back. Not interested in staying anywhere else.

I love my condo!
It is the place I go in my mind when I need to get away and cannot manage a trip. It is the picture on my cell phone and my computer screen. I lead a crazy hectic life and a visit to the condo is what it takes to make it all worth while. I don’t spend enough time there but it gives me joy to share this place with others. It’d be a waste to have it sit unoccupied.

Noone has ever told me they didn't enjoy their time here.

Start the morning on the balcony with coffee and a book. Schedule an afternoon boat trip, See the sunset facing Tiger Tail beach. Fine in or around Marco enjoying local seafood.
Spend your day enjoying the many activities the island has to offer, exploring neighboring attractions, boating, sitting at the pool or never leaving the deck. All are excellent vacation choices.
