Contemporary, architect designed and brand new villa within a recently completed and secure private domaine. Located in Cannes just few km from the sea. Villa offers sea view from master bedroom.
Around the house is an upper and lower lush green garden and swimming pool.

About the Villa:

Villa is approached via a gated domaine and it’s own private front gate. 3-4 cars can be parked inside the villa.

On the ground floor you have living room, dining room and kitchen along with 3 bedrooms. the villa offers game room with pool table and bar in the basement.

Outside you have a large terrace with shade perfect to eat lunches outside.

Sleeps: Total of 8 guests can sleep comfortably at the villa as there are 4 double bedrooms, Perfect place to rent for families and couples.

Free parking on premises: 3-4 cars in the villa driveway and space for a further car in the domaine guest parking if required.

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire house and property with the exception of the garage.
The villa is 3 km from the beach.

Location: Villa is 25mn from Nice, 20mn from Valbonne, 20mn from Antibes, 60mn from Saint Tropez, 45mn from Monaco.
