About this property

Elegant Uptown Riverside Owner's Suite

This is my home - an 120 year old raised basement 1750 square foot, craftsman style home with a large screened in porch and large rear deck. Off street parking is available. You may book it for 30 day minimums. It’s immaculately furnished and has beautiful art.

Located at a quiet corner near the universities and just two blocks to the beautiful Audubon Park, this beautifully landscaped property had plenty of parking as well as off street parking.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
The home has a brand new HVAC system, New Roof, and Solar panels. Free Wi-Fi, DIRECTV, 4K Apple TV, DVR, Three flat screens with superior surround sound 5:1 Dolby HDR 4K sound and picture. Living room 85” 4K, master bedroom 75” 4K HDR and second bedroom 55” with soundbar.

The kitchen has everything you could imagine.
