Renovated 1 bedroom unit in a beautiful historic shotgun double in the desirable Bayou St. John (Faubourg St. John) neighborhood. Enjoy the mix of modern and eclectic decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings, and tons of natural light. Stroll around the neighborhood to enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars, & coffee shops. Walk to the Fairgrounds, City Park, the Lafitte Greenway or Bayou St John.
