Enjoy a quiet neighborhood a block from Royal Meadows Golf Course. This cozy 3bd 2.5 ba includes a classy full size kitchen and bar at your disposal. If you enjoy outdoors there’s a back patio with a charcoal grill and fire pit. For the sports fans you’re 5mins from Arrowhead/Royals stadium, 10 mins from hockey arena, and 15 mins from downtown TMobile arena located in the Power and Light District. There are cameras for your safety but none in the bedrooms or bathrooms.

It was easy to get to and convenient to many things. We thought we were going to walk to the stadium, but ended up driving and parking there because we couldn't find a safe way to walk. The house had a quick once-over for cleaning, but there was dirt on the floors and cobwebs in many spots. The lighting wasn't great and we moved lamps to the master bedroom in order to see. Some lights flickered like the bulb was bad.

Stayed here for a Chiefs game and would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and was the perfect place for the three of us. Close to the stadium, quiet neighborhood, and not a far drive to downtown restaurants.

It was a very well kept home. Everything was really clean and comfortable!! We enjoyed being near the golf course and downtown KC. It was perfect for our friend reunion. Definitely recommend!!! Our host was really nice and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed.
