This condo is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts, with Steamboat's 18 lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain accessible half a block up the road. Come summer, go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles from Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles from Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles from Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
