About this property

Vintage Harbor House

Looking for the perfect home with infinite character in the heart of Sunapee Harbor? This home is everything you have been looking for! This vintage colonial home is just a short stroll to popular restaurants, shopping and the crystal clear waters of Lake Sunapee. For summer guests, the beautiful Dewey Beach is also only a 2 minute drive away, and for winter guests, Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort is only 4 miles away!

Upon walking in the front door, the charm of this home immediately sets in. With beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, historic tin ceilings and craftsmen touches all around, the vintage feel is easily admirable. The home has an "old time" feel with all original walls, ceilings, trim work, and windows. Once inside, the large living room with comfortable furniture, large flatscreen TV and gas fireplace is immediately to your left. Through a large doorway in the living room you find an exquisite dining area with a table large enough for the whole family or all of your friends. Attached to the living room is a bright and open kitchen with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals or the perfect cup of coffee. You then move past the kitchen to find the main floor bathroom with a stacked washer and dryer. Past the bathroom is a wonderful office area featuring a high end adjustable desk for those looking to do some work while they are away. The office room also features a comfortable futon that can be used as an extra bed. Moving up the stairs you will find all 4 of the bedrooms in the
home. There are 3 queen bedrooms and one bedroom featuring two twin beds. The bright white full bathroom with clawfoot tub can be found at the beginning of the hallway, and at the other end is a door that opens up to a private balcony with views of Lake Sunapee and Sunapee Harbor. Outside of the home is a grassy yard, wrap-around deck with a grill and outdoor dining area where you will feel the cool breeze from the lake on those warm summer evenings.

Looking to bring your boat and trailer? This house is only 200 yards from the Sunapee Harbor Public Boat Launch, allowing for easy access to the lake. The long driveway also allows for perfect trailer storage during your trip.

Great Sunapee House For All Seasons
We loved our stay at this house in Sunapee, which is perfectly located next to the lake and just a few minutes drive to the mountain. The house is preserved with it's historic charm and modern amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
