Short walk to the bridge for plenty of quiet river space. Minimal tidying before check out rules. Responsive host. The basketball court, volleyball net, and water floaties & kayaks are a huge plus!

We had a really nice stay here. Loved the location - very peaceful. We were a group of 7 adults and found the house to be a good enough size for all of us. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all types of food prep, including grilling. We loved all the games and outdoor activity equipment, and the televisions were plentiful for rainy days. Two comments for future travelers: The triple bunk room says “for kids or groups”. Middle-aged adults in our group found those beds difficult to climb in and out of, so we thought that those bunks were best suited for kids. Also, access to the river was difficult for those in our group who were not sure-footed. It is a steep descent. The floating dock wasn’t as big as the picture suggested, and did not feel stable enough to put a chair on it to relax or fish from. That being said, several in our group got out onto the river and really appreciated the inner tubes that were provided for floating. All in all, a very nice week!

-Entry door Lock code didn’t work - had to drive additional 40 minutes to get cell service for call for anther code-tv signing had check out 6/30 not 7/1-Hot tub so low - fire-BUGS in bunk bed; many spiders and bugs inside the house; got bit by spider on meds-Ice maker quit-Air conditioner quit - condensation running down walls-Water quit can only use one form (shower, not sink) of water at a time- pressure so low -Mold bath & hall ceiling -dock area under construction notification day prior Outside Photos were VERY misleading - not a “return property”. Very disappointed. This is not a Premier Host Property as I have experienced with VRBO.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the entry lock. As soon as you contacted us, we provided a new access code so you could access the home. We were surprised by several of the other concerns, as they were not reported during your stay. Had we been made aware of the reported bugs, moisture concerns, water pressure, or air conditioning issues, we would have responded immediately to inspect and address them. Prior to your arrival, we notified you that recent high water had shifted the dock and provided instructions for the simple adjustment needed to use it during your stay. Regarding the TV, the Roku system prompts each guest to enter their own check-in and check-out dates during setup. Those dates are entered by the guest and are not controlled by the host. We appreciate all guest feedback and remain committed to maintaining the property and responding promptly whenever concerns are brought to our attention.

Great family time—tubing on the river, basketball, hot tub, indoor games and relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare family meals. Super clean and plenty of linens. Bug spray is a must.

Wonderful stay
