We had a great relaxing weekend away. We were a group of 3 couples. The condo was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. Correspondence with Joseph was effortless and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The unit was nice but things like light switches, chairs and furniture had dirty hand prints and smudges of somethi on the Murphy bed.I contacted the host to let them know that there was no parking. We had to go in someone else’s spot and watch for when the construction guys left to go on lunch the next day. They were banging all day long on our unit right outside our door. Grandson tripped on wires and skinned his knee. My special needs 1.5 year old granddaughter needed to be removed from the unit just to nap. And we couldn’t move our vehicle or we would lose our spot again. The host told me to put a note on the car to move. Instead of coming and checking on it themselves. When I complained they just stopped responding after a very generic sorry for the inconvenience but apparently it was in the listing which I asked to see because it was not in any communication that I read. No response. I asked if they were the owners and I wanted the contact information to complain and no response. Not only did I talk to them a couple times before my trip but they also knew it was an experience gift for my kids, their spouse and my grandchildren. They knew the ages and not once mentioned construction at the unit.I also for an email so I could send pictures with no response. I would like an apology and I will NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN! Oh also when I was taking my grandkids out of the unit the boom lift was coming down. The guy saw us thankfully! But just hand gestured us to move. UNSAFE!!
