The space This modern two-level chalet is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village on a private paved trail set up for walking and biking and centrally located near the Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves and a short drive to downtown Collingwood. This space is perfect for both mountain lovers and those looking for a Summer getaway for adventurers looking to experience the Georgian Bay! This chalet features an open concept, updated kitchen, a living room with an electric fireplace, dining room and a balcony with a propane BBQ.
Kitchen Updated kitchen with all the cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment you need to create the perfect dine in meal. All you need to bring is the food and seasonings! Features include stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine, electric kettle and more.
Living room Cozy up by the electric fireplace after a day of skiing or after a night out in the village. With the entire floor having an open concept, it’s easy to gather around with all of your company. There is a pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate all 8 guests for sleeping arrangements.
Dining room This is our favourite part of the chalet and we’re sure it will be yours! This is the perfect area to gather around to eat and play boardgames. The dining room also has a small workspace for your laptop if you need to catch up on some work while being away.
Bedrooms This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are included in your stay.

STA License No: LCSTR20230000140 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

Host was welcoming and responsive. House was spacious and clean. Gave 4/5 cause the main bedroom mattress is horribly uncomfortable, linens are sparse and old, and kitchen cookware is limited for a big family. Location is great and the maintenance team were fantastic at helping us with a low battery issue on the front door lock, and attended to clearing the heavy snow we received daily during our stay.
weird not to have laundry for a three night 4 day active ski holiday. but they made up for it with an obscene amount of towels when askedthe beds were reportedly not comfortable . way too firm. king upstairs was better. good rental, all in all,

The property was bigger than I expected from the photos, which was a nice surprise. It is on two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (along with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room). The master bedroom was huge (as was the ensuite bathroom). The whole place was very comfortable and modern. Highly recommended.

The property is not newly built. in the evening the heating equipment can be noisy. But other stuff is to our satisfaction.
Thanks for hosting us. Amazing condo and location was great. Staff at the property group were amazing. Exceptional experience and class act service with our questions. Would recommend this for families and friends.
The place is really beautiful with nice bathrooms and a great kitchen. The property management team responded very quickly to our texts and even popped by with a little goodie bag of treats!
The wifi was very reliable and the TV worked well.
My biggest complaint is that we were allergic to the couch. We were just exploring the pullout bed, so we pulled it out to see if it was comfortable. The mattress was dirty and smelled kind of weird. After we put it away, we all started sneezing for days afterward. I think we released whatever dust and dander was in that mattress into the air.
We had a beautiful stay at this lovely property, just minutes away from Blue Mountain. It was clean and bright with all the comforts of home, and the property manager was amazingly responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. We will definitely come back!
