Welcome to Coco Palms 103 located on Venice Island. One block away from the beach and a short walk to several shops and restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation. You will fall in love with this central Venice Beach setting mixed with an old Florida vibe. Our one-bedroom condo is stylish and comfortable with our guests' desires in mind. Come explore all Venice, Florida and the surrounding areas have to offer. Beach equipment provided!! There are shared spaces such as the Courtyard. Shared outdoor table and chairs/loungers are provided.

Our beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo comes with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Enjoy your time exploring the nearby beach, looking for shark teeth. Spend time on our shared patio area in the sun or exploring the nearby downtown Venice, Florida shops and restaurant. Our fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area to relax in and complimentary Wi-Fi await your arrival. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, umbrella and a small cooler are provided for you. Also provided are linens and bathroom towels to ensure a hassle-free vacation. It’s just a short trip to shopping, grocery stores and more. Our place is the prefect fun in the sun getaway location.

Our condo sleeps 4 with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa sleeper.

Guests will have self-check in. You will be provided with a code for entry on the keypad in your booking site inbox.

We have convenient free parking available: Parking space 103 is for you to use – Turn onto Armada Rd. for parking.

Free public street parking is also available around the complex for extra vehicles.

Pay-per use Laundry Facilities are located under the stairway.

We are always available by Booking Site inbox, email, phone or text.

Fabulous stay. Just a short walk to beach and downtown area. The host reslly thought of everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, a buggy to haul it all ..and shovels and sifters if you are lookig for shark teeth !!! Highly recommended this cute little flat.

The place was very clean and she had a lot of nice touches. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It had a lot of cooking supplies and seasonings if needed. There were a lot of things that were available to use for the beach. The basics like hand soap, dish soap were already there for use. Something that you usually have to purchase. Overall very pleased with the place.

Great location and clean property!

Perfect condo for two and our little dog. Clean condo only one block from the beach and a short drive to the dog beach! The location is perfect for walks to the downtown to shop and eat. The property grounds are very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! So close to the beach and has all the necessities for a great day at the water! My husband is already talking about coming back next year and staying at the same place! Would highly recommend! The only thing I would say, is to bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. We had a hard time getting anyone to exchange our dollars for quarters.

This was our first time staying at this lovely small condo only one block from the beach in Venice, Florida. Nicely appointed, much better than a hotel room. The two of us had room to work, play, and hang out close to my mom‘s house. Really nice step in shower and upgraded bathroom. And the little touches were well appreciated - beach equipment, sand chairs, umbrella, fan, nightlight. The owners have thought of it all. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Nice Location

We had a very nice stay. The property was clean and very close to Venice Beach access. We enjoyed walking downtown for dining and shopping. The only issue was with the upstairs tenants. They walked around all night. You could definitely hear it. All in all a great stay.

Comfortable Condo in Walking Distance of Everything

We loved this unit. The bedroom and living room were a good size and the kitchen has everything you need. We walked everywhere. The unit is a block from the beach and 5 blocks from the restaurants and shopping in downtown Venice. As close as it is to everything, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in this building before and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wow! Wow! What an incredibly cute, clean, and charismatic condo within walking distance to the beach! We had two adults and two children, aged 6 & 7. We all had plenty of room to stretch out, and were even able to host some family over for dinner one night. Beautifully appointed, and clean as can be. I would give this rental more than 5 stars if possible.

Perfect Location but Noise Concerns

This condo was clean and beautifully done. It was the perfect location on the island. It had everything we needed including a cooler, beach buggie, and beach umbrella. The only draw back is that the condo is not sound proof from the condo above. We heard every move from upstairs. The people were up late and very early risers. We did not have a peaceful rest. If the owners can correct this issue we would definitely stay here again. If not, we wouldn’t want to deal with that possibility again. We do appreciate the use of the condo and wish the hosts every success. They have a beautiful little gem!

Excellent Venice Island location

We’ve stayed in Venice for a couple of weeks every winter since 2012. This was our first time at this property. We LOVED it! Location. Location. Location. The beach is close. The parks are close. Downtown is close. The hosts were wonderful. There was an issue with the furnace (coldest week EVER in SW Florida) and it was fixed the next day with no inconvenience to us whatsoever. The unit is well stocked as far as kitchen utensils. All we had to add was groceries. The upstairs neighbors seemed to regularly practice clogging or moving furniture every evening until about 11pm. We probably could have knocked on their door and solved that issue, but it kind of became a nightly ritual to laugh about. All in all, the place is amazing. We will definitely come back!!

The unit was not worth the money we paid. We had to get in touch to have someone come out and unblock the toilet. The garbage disposal does not work and still doesn't. The plumber said it was electrical and left it at that. We will not be going back, the place needs to have repairs before it is rent out in my book. You don't charge people $1000.00 for 3 nights to have them call to have repairs made the first day you get there.

I am so sorry you felt this way. Unfortunately you are reviewing our property 6+ months after staying with us! I am wondering if you are reviewing the correct property? To put others at ease we did a full bathroom remodel summer of 2024 though yes a guest could still clog the toilet. If that happens we would call the professionals :) As far as the garbage disposal I have not received that complaint from other guests so hard to say - if you let us know during your stay we can address it
