Excellent value, beautiful location.-Very scenic views from balconies and windows. -good parking- Very close to beaches and downtown Charleston.-very quiet and friendly neighborhood.A great place to stay.If I were to make any suggestions to future guests:- when arriving, look for the house numbers on the ground at the end of the driveway, there is no mailbox.It was a bit hard for me to locate arriving in the dark the first time.Then it was easy.- it is a tidal marsh, and the dock sits in very shallow water at high tide.While the tide is out 2x a day, it’s a salt marsh mudflat. Even for kayaking, the opportunities are limited at the property. Still fun and plenty of other entry points down the road with deeper water.

Hosts were super helpful and responsive. The views from the property are amazing. The children especially enjoyed exploring the marsh and kayaking. Less than 15 min drive to Folly Beach State park. Close to grocery stores, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed, even laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies. I would recommend and would stay again.

Great location, unique property, plenty of parking, situated in a lovely quiet community. Second floor is the main entrance, small but well appointed kitchen, living room, two bedrooms one bath. 3rdr floor king bedroom and full bath, we were very pleased

This property fit my family's needs perfectly, and as a bonus, it was pet-friendly which made my dogs happy. The water views were beautiful, and the neighborhood felt safe. The house was clean and well-appointed but could use a little updating. We wished we had time to use the bikes and kayaks, but we were busy with MUSC's graduation festivities. The owner is a good communicator and very responsive.

The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.

This was a great place to stay! Beautiful views, the kayaks were much appreciated for exploring the marsh, and only 15 minutes into the French quarter of Charleston. Quiet and peaceful and clean. Highly recommended!

Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Long weekend trip to Charleston

Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful, check-in was easy, all amenities as described. We arrived early am and were granted early access as the property was open the day before with zero fees unlike other properties. Distance to Folly, Downtown Charleston, & Mt. P. was perfect. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!!

Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect place to stay

This place was everything and more. The host was fantastic and very accommodating with our last minute booking and early arrival. Next time were in Charleston, we will definitely stay here again.
