Imagine yourself, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a sunrise or sunset from our large, private wrap around beachfront balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or just do nothing at all. Relax - you're on vacation!

Our 12th floor east corner unit at Phoenix III has new paint and tile throughout. It is very spacious and has breathtaking gulf front views from the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The master has a king bed and its own bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans and TVs are in each bedroom and in the living room. The unit is fully equipped, including washer and dryer.

The building has everything to ensure that you have a memorable vacation: indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor racquetball courts and an exercise room. There are 2 elevators and ample carts and buggies to use for loading and unloading. The complex is a no smoking building.

Parking passes must be purchased by guest ($65/car per stay). 2 cars maximum are allowed per unit. No exceptions.

Fun family time

Had a great week at the beach. The condo is centrally located in Orange Beach, close to restaurants, mini golf, shopping and groceries. Also close to Gulf Shores. A fun place to spend a week. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay over the holiday.

Ill keep this short and sweet. This property more than lived up to its pictures and I wouldn't think twice about renting again. Large rooms, amazing views from all sides and everything was extremely clean when arriving are just a few of the great things to say. Great location

Great location, the only complaint that we have are check in time, we were given a 3pm check in and was there at 3 ready to get in but was told by the cleaners that we cant get in until 4pm, this was an inconvenience as we traveled 4 hours and then had to wait in the hallway an hour with our little ones.but overall it was a great stay and would stay again with a for sure check in time.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! On the day(s) it rained, we played racquetball (they will loan you the supplies!) and swam in the indoor pool! On the nice days, we were just steps from the beach and we played beach volleyball, pickle ball, swam in the outdoor pools and just spent time on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Owner was wonderful to communicate and work with! No problems at all on our stay! Will definitely book again in the future! ❤️

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is as listed but there are some things that could be replaced and updated. We had some hiccups with check in but it was worked out. Anytime we stay at the phoenix condos, we know it will be a good vacation :-). The views from the balcony are beautiful!

Why they chose this property

We discovered Gulf Shores/Orange Beach about 30 years ago. It is such a wholesome, family-oriented beach community that we decided to invest in the area.
Phoenix III has all the amenities anyone could want to ensure a wonderful vacation. Phoenix properties have an outstanding national reputation.

What makes this property unique

This is a 'resort' property. Everything you might want to do on a beach vacation is here! Restaurants are directly across the street so you don't even have to crank your car if you don't want to. Shopping centers with 3 major grocery stores, pharmacies and many restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
